Steps from the beach!

  • This beautifully newly renovated Anna Maria Island bungalow is COVID compliant, super clean and very comfortable. With an open, split floor plan, it has 2 king bedrooms, each with private baths and is only 3 houses from FEET IN THE SAND! Half way between the amazing white sand beach and the bay and Pier. Only 1 block over is Historic Bridge Street with all of the cool restaurants, mini golf, shops and bars with live music. Once here, you never need to drive. Just leave your car in the driveway (it can fit up to 4 cars). Everything is within a block walking distance! If you want to be active, there is plenty to do! Take a boat ride to see dolphins, parasail on the gulf, go fishing off the Pier, play a round of mini golf or just relax at our beautiful white sand beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are available for your use. When you're not out and about, enjoy the private, shaded backyard with a brand new heated/cooled swimming POOL, grill, chaise loungers and a dining table, chairs and shade umbrella. There is nothing like Anna Maria!! Come make lasting memories!

Within walking distance to the ocean! Beautiful sunsets! Great shopping district with coffee shop. House was perfect with just the right size pool. This was an awesome getaway and we will be booking again!

The house is beautiful and clean the pool and back yard are amazing. It is very close to the beach and steps from Bridge street and some local bars and restaurants. We utilized the free AMI trolly to go to restaurants in the city.

Location couldn’t have been better. So easy to get to beach and the access to Bridge street and pier was awesome. The pool was hit with the kids!

This has been the best beach vacation I've ever had. The only thing I wasn't prepared for was the no see ums and mosquitos. But we got what we needed so still very enjoyable time.Tgis place is really about location and privacy...both perfect. Great host. We were very happy and left a few beers in the fridge for the next guest! Enjoy!

Yet another perfect stay at the Bougie Bungalow. Our return visit was even better than the first with all of the newly remodeled spaces within the home. As many reviews state, this is the best location on AMI with the beach, bay, shops, restaurants and mini golf all within a 5 minute walk. Can't wait to head back down for another stay.

The house was beautiful, spotless, comfortable beds, amazing backyard! The backyard with crystal blue pool was like a vacation of its own! Location was great. Perfectly in between the beach and the bay. Everything in walking distance. Great beach chairs! Would stay here every time! The host Laura was amazing! Any questions we had she answered immediately. Can’t wait till next time!

Living Local

Our family truly enjoyed our stay here at the beach. It was a very quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Then the kids enjoyed just relaxing in our own private pool. All was great.

We had an amazing vacation. The house was perfect and so clean. Beds were very comfortable as well. So close to everything. Will be back for sure! Great communication with the host as well.
