Great spot for a family reunion. Steps from a beautiful beach. Restaurants, recreation and shopping only a few blocks away. A few things that could have improved our stay: Someplace to hang wet towels and swimsuits by the pool. A small vacuum would be helpful to keep the place tidy during a longer stay. Why I gave this rental 4 stars:Pool tiles were dirty, definitely needed a good scrubbing. Most of the upholstered furniture in the common spaces were stained and worn.Walls were marked and stained especially in the entryway and stairwell. Outdoor furniture was dirty. We could only find one hair dryer in the house. I would expect a 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom place to have more than one. It's surprising to me that common paper goods/cleaning products are not supplied for the length of the stay. We had to buy our own toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, counter cleaner, dishwasher soap etc. We paid a little over 11K to stay for a week, seems like these common amenities should be supplied at that price. All in we would recommend this place. My family had a great time! I know beach houses take a beating. A little more care and attention to detail taken by the management co. would bump this up to a 5 star for sure.

Sublime Retreat

11 friends gathered from around the US in Bradenton Beach for a reunion. The home was just perfect, peaceful, and less than a half block from the beach. Essentially just across the street. AMIlocals the management company was incredible. Kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The pool in the back was a refuge from the sun, the beach was powdery white with turquoise water. Walk to town for coffee or take a quick ride to the market. When 11 people all come away feeling like it was a perfect vacation… that is probably the best recommendation one can give!

Florida Fling Fantastic

We checked in and enjoyed our week long trip at this property. We had 3 generations for our first family trip in over 3 years. This property is the perfect place for families. Each bedroom has a bathroom, kitchen well stocked, pool area nice & a rooftop deck to watch sunrise and sunset. Would definitely choose this house if we are back in the area. AMI was a great group to work with. Nice area to stay. More than enough options for food, shopping and entertainment. Thanks to everyone that helped make our vacation an awesome experience.

Exceeded our expectations

Our Anna Maria Island family vacation stay at this fantastic home was a blast! Everything is new and clean, and the decor design and atmosphere feels like it's out of a magazine. Being just a few minutes walk away from the beach meant daily sandcastle-building sessions and family days by the waves. We loved the private pool – it was the highlight of our trip! The bedrooms were comfy cocoons for post-beach naps, and the ensuite bathrooms made getting ready so easy (a lifesaver with kids in tow). We appreciated the top-notch service from the management company, the cleanliness of the home, and the beautiful luxury space provided by the homeowner. Thank you to all. We had a vacation to remember, and we're already counting down the days until next year when we're coming back.

Luxurious Home

Excellent place to stay with easy access to the beach! Beach wagon and chairs available. Nice pool and spa area. Roof top deck to view the beach, sunsets and views of the bay. Close to restaurants. No elevator (3 floors 4 counting rooftop deck; so you’ll definitely get your exercise. If you like to sleep with temps below 72° they lock the controls. That would be my only complaint. The decor is amazing and the beds are comfortable!
