Endless Summer is a newly constructed home features 7 beds/6 baths, an elevator, fantastic pool & spa, an EV Charger, and is just a 4-minute stroll from the shoreline. Including accent walls in the living room and all the bedrooms, this residence boasts "endless" stunning features and is the perfect retreat for an unforgettable vacation in Bradenton Beach.



This remarkable abode boasts an elevator for convenience. Among its sleeping quarters, three bedrooms, including the primary suite, offer king-sized beds, with two featuring ensuite facilities. Immerse yourself in the primary bathroom's rainfall shower, illuminated by natural light. The remaining three bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, with one offering its own ensuite for added privacy. Additionally, the seventh bedroom features 2 bunk beds, being a twin over a full-size mattress, ensuring ample space for all.



The main floor exudes an open-concept layout, showcasing a spacious living area seamlessly connected to a generously proportioned kitchen equipped with two refrigerators and dishwashers—no dishwashing duties while on vacation!



Climb the staircase to reach the rooftop deck, ideal for savoring sunset cocktails or engaging in sunrise yoga sessions. The backyard oasis features turf perfect for honing your putting skills, corn hole and Connect Four, while the walk-in pool and spa beckon for relaxation after a day at the beach. Property Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply. 



Golf Cart Terms & Conditions - All Drivers must be over the age of 21. Drivers must provide valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance. To drive the golf cart, non-US driver license holders are required to pay an additional $25 per day instead of providing vehicle insurance. The golf cart $25 fee is per golf cart, not per driver. This cost covers the extra insurance required.
