Bring your swimsuit and flip flops to your endless summer at our direct Gulf-front Anna Maria Island Club condo! Located in Bradenton Beach, you will enjoy the breathtaking views of the shimmery sea from your Gulf front balcony. Gorgeous Anna Maria Island sunsets are pretty much guaranteed!

The kitchen, dining and living rooms enjoy the Gulf view from the floor to ceiling patio doors to the private balcony. Guests will have the choice of dining indoors at a table for four or experience the island breezes from the patio dining set on the balcony. The living area is a comfortable spot for the family to gather the view of the sand and sea.

Each of the bedrooms feature a King Bed, one with an ensuite bathroom.. Each bedroom includes crisp linens and plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The condo resort pool and spa are steps from the sand. Relax in a pool lounger and enjoy the island breezes of paradise.

Endless Summer AMIC 23 is easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

The condo includes one overnight parking space and one guest day pass. The day pass does not allow the guest to park over night.

Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. The minimum requirement for this home is no less than seven nights. The maximum occupancy is eight.

A lovely time was had by all. Endless Summer was a very nice, beautiful, airy, clean, and accommodating property. The facilities and property, including the pool and hot tub were kept very well. We would recommend this property. I would happily stay there again.

Gorgeous beach views

Although the elevator was out of service due to the hurricane, the facility has had lots of work done to it to get it back in operation. The pool was open the week before we got there.The grounds have had all of the trees and bushes removed, but they will get replanted. I am confident.You can tell they take pride in the property and it will be wonderful again soon.It was everything we needed for our vacation and we really enjoyed our stay.

Endless Summer Rental

Pros: Excellent property with great beach access and views. Bedrooms, kitchen and living areas were all immaculately clean. Great layout for two couples or a family with private baths in each bedroom. Good price and value. We would rent it again.Elevator was out of service but stairs to third floor were no problem for fit 60-year-olds.Cons: Minimum of a mile walk to nearest desired restaurants and entertainment either direction along the beach or busy street. Basic amenities like coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. were either not provided or of the lowest quality and quantity. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided and appreciated but in poor condition.

Amazing Anna Maria Island

We had a great Spring Break week on the beautiful Anna Maria Island. It was sad to see the remains of the devastation from the hurricanes but it did not stop people from visiting. The condo was in a very friendly complex and close to shopping and great restaurants, not to mention, it was so close to The Gulf that it almost felt like we could reach out and touch the water. Unfortunately, the pool and elevator were not restored yet but the crews were working hard to get them and the grounds back to normal. We will definitely be returning for our next visit.

Fantastic location

The location of this condo was perfect. The beach was not packed like other rentals we have stayed at on the island. The views were perfect to wake up to and to watch the sunset. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was great! The kitchen had everything we needed. The view and location was exactly as it was listed close to restaurants and grocery stores. The management was easy to work with throughout the entire process. Look forward to coming again!

Wonderful accommodations, updated, clean steps to the beach. Beautiful weather. Great unique places (Ugly Grouper)to eat and world class ice cream at the (Holy Cow).Amazing sunsets!

Great View

This property has a great view. You can sit on the couch and see the ocean. The kitchen is newly updated and in great shape. Loved everything about this place except that there were a few minor repairs that’s need to be taken care of. I notified the owner and they were quick to respond and offer solutions. Does need some plumbing updates in the bathrooms but would stay here again.

A Great 4th of July Beach Trip

Our family of 4 made a relatively last minute trip down to Anna Maria for the week of July 4th. The condo was a great set up for our family with great access to the Gulf, Anna Maria Is and everything else. Each unit had it own covered parkingbspace which was great. Only drawback os that there are NO GRILLS on the property. So we had to resort to using an old Foreman Grill found in our unit to "grill" steaks or burgers. That was a little disappointing, but otherwise a great condo. We would love to visit again in the future.

This property lived up to its advertising. Everything was as described. Neat, clean, well appointed (beachy, somewhat dated). Only a few minor complaints: a prior renter had left poorly cleaned kitchen pans in the drawer under the stove, bathroom sinks ran very slowly.

Paradise

A beautiful place in a gorgeous location. We enjoyed the ocean view, days on the beach, and watching the sunset from the balcony. The space is lovely and very comfortable. It was nice having beach chairs provided too. We had perfect weather as well. The only problem was leaving, but there is always next year to look forward to.

Nice place, great view!

The house was clean and nice and the view of the beach was wonderful. Had issues with a toilet but that was fixed quickly. Would suggest bar stools so that the dining table could be used to work a puzzle or play games. Also, there is not a large pasta pot or strainer - very unusual for a rental - can't cook spaghetti, which would be perhaps common. We would stay here again!

Annual Fall Break Fun

Very nice. Thoroughly enjoyed and honestly, I have no real complaints. We were happy the entire week and the condo was lovely. I do, however, have a couple suggestions. 1. Have at least 2 extra blankets in each room. Or, renters need to bring their own. 2. Have more than two sleeping pillows on each bed. Or, renters need to bring their own. 3. Each condo in this complex needs to provide two key fobs for the pool area. It may not ever get used depending on the number of people staying in the unit; however, it's not unreasonable to have 2 pool keys/fobs. We have now stayed in multiple units and it's the same across the board. 4. Please figure out a way to narrow down the TV to 1 remote, 2 at the most. 4-5 is just ridiculous and unnecessary. Will definitely rent again when we don't have two teenagers who don't want to share a bed - but that's our problem, not a complaint of the unit. Rental property people were kind and easy to deal with. We love AMIC and will always stay here.

Great condo!

Our family had a great time at this condo. This is our third trip to the AMI Club and this condo is by far the best we have stayed in. The communication with the property manager was great. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The accommodations are modern and beachy! I would highly recommend this property. The only negative thing I can say about the resort itself is that a few owners/permanent residents are a bit grouchy with the tourists and make a point to disturb the tourists (almost to say we don't want you coming here). Other than that, this is honestly the best place to stay on the island in my opinion!!

Peaceful perfection

The beautiful ocean views filled my soul. The unit was just the right size for my husband and I and a friend to enjoy the week. Very tastefully decorated, comfortable furniture, great location. We didn’t have a “fob” and without it could t get into the pool area. We called the property manager and they brought us one within an hour. The views and beautiful sunsets were exactly what we needed. Great place.
