Cozy 1-bedroom condo with AC in Bradenton Beach

I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach - FL. This is a studio condo with a kitchenette. It has a queen size bed and a pullout couch, kitchenette and one bathroom. There is basic cable, WIFI, and utilities are included in the rental price. NO pets and no smoking.

The condo is at Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with beach chairs included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and cover parking as an option. The room is on the top floor so no noisy upper neighbors. The view outside is of the garden area. A short walk to the pool and the beach can be seen from from balcony.

It's the perfect beach to bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Anna Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street, two heated pools, a private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times a year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors with the bay and ocean.

Within the condo; it's a 1 bedroom, has a kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and cooking utensils. The living room is very spacious with a couch. There is one bathroom with shower. The condo has basic cable, smart tv and free wifi.
