Beachfront Condo At Breakers 4 at Sandcastle

Breakers 4 is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. We pay special attention to high touch areas like remotes, light switches and doorknobs, etc... All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets.

This property has keyless, no-contact check in for your convenience.

Breakers 4 at the Sandcastle, located at 200 Gulf Drive South in Bradenton Beach is a luxury Gulf front condominium that embodies the old Florida lifestyle. Enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Bridge Street. Stay in the midst of Bradenton Beach’s historical district where Key West style shops and restaurants are just a short stroll away (there are 8 restaurants within a 5-minute walk). Fish or daydream on the city pier with postcard like views of sailboats and Cortez fishing village. This is the spot you’ll often see artist and photographers capturing nature at it best. With convenient shopping so close, you may not even need a car during your stay at the Sandcastle! Just hop on the trolley to explore all that Anna Maria has to offer.

This spacious and bright corner unit has 10’ ceilings, three bedrooms and two baths of pure luxury with casually elegant furnishings for your comfort and enjoyment. The top of the line kitchen features beautiful hardwood cabinets, granite countertops and state of the art appliances.

Other amenities to perfect your stay include: wireless high speed internet with expanded cable and free long distance calling, full size washer and dryer, central vacuum, heated pool, undercover parking for two cars, and a private veranda overlooking the beach. The living room features a brand new 55", television with Blu-Ray player! The master bedroom features a 32" televisions with a DVD player and the two guest bedrooms feature 21" televisions.

The ideal Anna Maria Island vacation begins here at the Sandcastle. Breakers 4 will sleep eight with a king bed, a queen bed, two twin beds and two rollaway beds.

Breakers 4 at Sandcastle is a one week minimum stay.
Parking is limited to two cars.

Beautiful location!

Great location and large comfortable space. Perfect for beach, bars and relaxing! Only downside is the pool location (in the garage) - and the heater was not on when we arrived (didn’t know there was one), so it was too cold to swim in.

Perfect place on AMI

I have stayed on Anna Maria Island for the last 15 years this was my first year at in the Bridge Street area. This condo was perfect. We did not use the pool but we were so close to everything. Steps away from the beach. The condo was nice and the people were friendly. I will stay there again. Highly recommend.

Location, Location!!

This was our second year staying in this building (we stayed in a different unit last year) and once again, had a wonderful time!! The proximity to the beach can’t be beat. It is an easy walk to so many restaurants. The trolley stop right out front was so convenient. The condo itself was great. Very spacious for our family of 4. We were a little surprised to find that the balcony is screened in. It wasn’t an issue-I just prefer no screen (I don’t want anything blocking my view of the beautiful gulf 😊). We would definitely stay again!!

Fantastic location!

Overall we had a fantastic experience. We have been coming to Anna Maria for years. This is the first time we have not stayed on the North end of the island. It was fantastic! Our adult college age kids loved the opportunity to roam around down town. Proximity to the beach was amazing! We will be back!

Vacation Paradise

This was the fifth time vacationing on the island. The property was great. I would recomend some information in the unit on what to do if someone gets into a bad situation. My grandson who is 19 had a large jellyfish wrap around his arm and chest. Not knowing what to do it was pulled off him and was taken to the hospital by family. Emergency MD said we should have left it alone and called 911. We are from Iowa so this was a new adventure. So any information available would have been helpful. Overall as everytime we vacation on Anna Maria we love it.

Found a hidden GEM on Anna Maria Island

We loved the accommodations and the location can't be beat: right on the beach and right in the center of historic Bridge Street neighborhood....we loved it and can't wait to go back again.

Location, location location!

We had a wonderful week here, because it’s such a great location! We stayed at this condo complex several years ago and it was so much nicer! This unit is in some serious need of updates! Had homeless people harassing our kids at night. The lock to the pool is broken, so the homeless use it for bathing! The carpets are filthy, the Internet is spotty at best, which interfered with my husbands work meetings! Outlet covers pull off wall when you unplug things in master bath! There’s a grill but no grilling utensils! Says online that the porch is screened.....it is not! We were told they were coming to change our lock, so we changed our plans for the day so we could be there, not wanting strangers in the unit with our belongings. They never showed up and never called! You can tell that the unit is turned quickly! Things are not the cleanest and towels were all thrown in one bathroom. All the extra sheets and pillows are put in various places, not with the beds they belong to, we only found queen bedding for the twin cot! There was soap in the bathrooms but it was the refill bottles so no pump! The location is wonderful, the beds were comfortable! For the price we were disappointed with the place!

A wonderful vacation hideaway

My family and I couldn't of been more impressed with our stay. It was super clean and spacious and everything we needed was made available down to the beach towels and chairs! The view was amazing and it was steps away from the powdery white sand and crystal waters. As an added bonus we also faced historic Bridge Street and made our morning and nightly walk to the pier to check out the fishing and spot an array of exotic birds, and dolphin. Can't say enough about this place....it was perfect!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay and location was perfect for people watching, walking to eat, etc. The only improvement I can think of would be if the floors would have been cleaner. My husband walks barefoot a lot and his feet kept turning dark and floors didn't feel very clean. Other than that it was perfect and we will def stay there again!
