RVA features The Beach Club at Anna Maria. Old Florida charm meets modern, designer-decorated decor at this private, un-crowded hideaway. Decorated using clean lines and fresh colors, all while remaining inviting and engaging, this resort includes all that is signature to Southwest Florida. Traveling with a large party? Many of the units at this resort include lockout rooms, so you can open up several units for comfortable vacationing while maintaining privacy and space. All units feature a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, Plasma TV’s, wireless Internet access, private washer/dryer and pillow top mattresses. Located just steps from the unspoiled beaches, we invite you to open your windows and let the warm Gulf breezes and sounds of the waves lapping against the shore lull you to sleep. For luxurious accommodations on Anna Maria Island, the only choice is The Beach Club.



Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of The Beach Club at Anna Maria #10 will have temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.



Accommodations: The Beach Club at Anna Maria is a relaxing, yet modern retreat located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Choose from our various unit styles including studio, one-, two, and three-bedroom units. Enjoy all the amenities of home in these fully furnished condominiums, including large Plasma TVs, full-sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, dining area and modern, yet beachy, decor.



Resort Features**: On-site Office, Heated Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Private Beach Access, Wireless Internet Access, Complimentary Chaise Lounge Chairs and Umbrellas, Fully Equipped Kitchens, Designer Decorated Units, Community Deck Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, Balcony.




Please Note: The Beach Club at Anna Maria is a self service resort; we do not provide daily housekeeping services. For your convenience, an amenity "Starter Kit" is provided to assist you upon your arrival. Any essentials after the initial provided, such as toilet paper, dish soap, etc. is the responsibility of the guest.

Family Getaway

We had a very nice stay in this property. It was a great location for the beach and restaurants. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Even though the pool and hot tub weren’t functioning due to extended problems from the hurricane, we enjoyed sitting out at the pool area. Our group of 5 adults were all happy with the accommodations.

Amazing!

We just got back from a long weekend at AMI. This is not my first time staying on the island but I will say of all the rentals I’ve stayed at this was by far the best one. The rooms were clean, the location was perfect and short walk the the beach. There was a pool on the premises which came in handy with my young kids on spotty rainy days. And it was a short walk to the trolley that took us up and down the island free of cost. I definitely recommend Beach Club at Anna Maria Island…and will probably only rent here in the future!

Fantastic location and wonderful rental

Everything was extremely clean. Property manager was very professional and great with communication. There is a nice pool area in the back. Beautiful beach right across the street. Plenty of bath towels provided along with detergent if you need to wash your clothes. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a dishwasher. Very well stocked with dishes. Overall fantastic experience.

Perfect location with all the amenities!

I would totally go back. We had a family of 5 (3 boys 4-10 years) and it was perfect. Next time we might look into getting our own house for more privacy but overall it was perfect for our first trip to AMI!

The area is quiet and the beach is pristine. However the pool was not heated and the the hot tub could use some freshening. The unit was well equipped for our stay as were some other amenities such as bicycles and beach umbrellas. The outdoor furniture is old and distressed. It needs replacing

Very very close to the beach the property offers chairs beach side that are loungers which was very nice. We went the hottest week of the year and the AC had no problems cooling our unit down Roomy and clean.
