Located on the second floor, this condo offers views of the beach and bay beyond. Enjoy your morning coffee on the sweet balcony while you breathe in the salty air. Inside, the spacious living room is flooded with natural light from the large windows. It also offers stylish yet comfortable furnishings, including an inviting sleeper sofa (children welcome!). With the large-screen TV, the living room is the perfect place to settle in for a relaxing day in or a movie night with friends!

Sampling the local cuisine at each of the Anna Maria Island's many fine eating establishments may be on your to-do list, but just in case you feel like an evening in, you can prepare a full meal, warm up leftovers, or mix up a cocktail in the fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are as thoughtfully furnished as the rest of this condo, with welcoming beds - a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin-size beds in the second bedroom, large flat screen TVs, and plenty of space for your belongings. Everything was great for our trip and the location was perfect! We had everything we needed, and if not there were plenty of close by stores! There was a tiny issue with ants in the kitchen but there was a spray under the sink that helped. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Air worked great, easy check in and check out process and it was nice to have washer/dryer however the 2nd bedroom had ceiling fan hanging out of ceiling (potential injury issue), towel rack hanging out of wall in 2nd bathroom and sweet ant issue in kitchen in addition to water leaking out of bottom of fridge. Called and reported on Monday but still not looked into by check out on Saturday. Great location however unit could use some attention.

Awesome location and value

This spot was a perfect place for a family of four. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was excellent. Check in and check out were seamless and we had everything we needed. Great value.

Very convenient location, right across the beach. Easy to go everywhere, private pool inside the property.The kitchen was very well equipped, also beach towels and chairs to go to the beach.

Nice location but some problems.

The stay was nice, beds were not so nice. Single bed by the window, mattress sags in the middle. I only weigh 94 lbs. The king bed mattress slanted downward on each side causing persons to roll off. The place could have been cleaner but there were plenty of towels. All the filters (return air & vent filters are filthy. And couldn't get the ceiling fan to work in the living room.

We waited 3 days for the property manager to come and fix a few things. One of the issues never got corrected. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced badly. Was disappointed of the size of the bathroom in the master bed room was very small an no counter to put anything on. It was decorated cute. The beach chairs are to low for an elderly person to sit in. It was clean and stocked very well with beach towels, bath towels and sheets. The walk to the beach was right across the street which was awesome and a trolly stop just down the road. Overall we had a great time there just a few issues. The beach view from the condo was awesome also.

Our place was a 4plex with a second floor view of the beach. The place was clean and smartly decorated. The walk across the street to the beach was effortless. We will definitely return.

Not in goo

Water leaking from lights in shower. Mold on every window sill. Furniture worn out. No trash bags at all in any trash cans. Porch water never drained. Bathtub and bath sink drained slowly. Cable tv unavailable. Only local channels. Air filter clogged so we removed it. Dirty dishes in cabinet. Porch light didn’t work. Probably would not stay here again nor would I recommend it.

Lovely condo. Great location.

The 2-BR 2nd floor condo was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with coffee makers, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Water pressure great. Large TV in the LR. King size bed was very comfortable. Cushions on sofa bed in LR were a little uncomfortable. Location is excellent. Easy access to beach, Bridge Street, and restaurants. Property mgr was accessible and helpful. Really nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location you can see the ocean from your balcony just a 3 minute walk and your sitting on the beach, The place was clean with plenty of extra towels for everyone.The pool was clean and perfect after a day on the beach, Plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

Location location location

The location was perfect! Just across from the beach and trolley access. Loved that they provided chairs, wagon and umbrellas for the beach as well as plenty of extra blankets and pillows if needed.

It’s by the main road and it was very noisy. Heated pool was not working. We never received information as to where the beach chairs were. I would also recommend having a book inside the property with suggestions for restaurants and activities along with a guest book for visitors to sign.

Excellent location and place but

Very nice property. Excellent location. Well equipped and good management team. It DOES need a new mattress in the main BR and a new toilette on same bathroom. Headboards on all beds needs to be fixed properly. We could return if those items are corrected.

Great place for our short trip

Our family stayed here for a few days at the end of May. Wonderful place. Close to the beach which was not crowded at all. Pool is small but we didn’t spend much time there since the beach was just across the street. Highly recommend.
