When it comes to outdoor living, this home away from home features an enclosed back patio with a sparkling heated outdoor pool where you can spend tranquil and refreshing evenings with your family and friends. Along with the pool, you will find a poolside outdoor dining area, several loungers, and a gas grill for summertime cookouts - all of them shared within the duplex.

This coastal charmer is made up of two separate retreats - one located on the first floor and the other located on the second floor. As you enter the ground-floor duplex, you will come across a sunny living area with comfy sofas and a smart TV with streaming and cable services to keep you entertained during your stay. When mealtime comes, prepare tasty homemade meals and snacks on the go for your family and friends. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the essentials, including a dishwasher for easy clean ups and a coffee maker that will delight coffee enthusiasts in your group. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs - the primary bedroom enjoys an en suite bath that can be accessed from the main living area as well.

Upon entering the second-floor duplex, you will first find the well-appointed kitchen, which has been equipped with all stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Don't hesitate to put on the chef's apron and surprise your guests with their favorite recipes! As you continue, the sunny open floor plan will appear before your eyes. This sunny area boasts an inviting living room with a comfy sectional, a huge smart TV with cable and streaming services, a desk, and a dining area with a beautiful dining table. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and partial AC units.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
