These apartments are set within Seven Living's development No.1 Thames Valley in Central Bracknell. An exclusive collection of unique apartments, a stones throw from multiple blue chip operators. All homes have been newly built to an exceptionally high standard allowing our guests to enjoy a hotel experience with the comforts of a home away from home. All apartments benefit from extremely generous proportions.



Please note - the windows cannot be opened in the apartments.

The apartment is set within No.1 Thames Valley, which has been designed at the peak of architectural design and boasts an all-glass exterior and private landscaped grounds. This beautifully modern development is framed by a statement entrance featuring a striking glass canopy for instant ‘wow’ factor. With a vast atrium and two stylish residents wing lounges complete with open-plan seating and space to relax, it’s next-level living. The apartment itself has been meticulously crafted to meet the needs of the modern tech and digital executive; we’ve thought of everything. Expansive windows flood light into each and every apartment for a bright and airy feel, and the modern and open-plan living spaces enhance this vibe. The apartment is kitted out with premium integrated kitchens featuring built-in appliances and contemporary fittings, which make life a breeze for residents - especially after a long day at the office. Whether you’re sinking into our plush sofa for a Netflix binge or hosting friends in the sociable open-plan living space, this is the perfect spot to recharge, entertain and feel inspired.

The Neighborhood:

Our apartments are located in the heart of Bracknell and a stone’s throw from the Lexicon Shopping Centre for all your retail and culinary needs. You’ll find a bus stop directly outside and Bracknell train station is a 15-minute walk. Arlington Square business park is a 10-minute walk and has a plethora of restaurants.



Getting Around:

Bracknell is the booming new hub of British business and benefits from excellent road links; it’s midway between the M4 (J10) and M3 (J3) motorways and a 10-minute drive from Wokingham and 18-minute drive from Reading. Bracknell also has strong rail connections with regular trains to London and Reading. Bracknell has attracted major companies including Fujitsu, Dell Hitachi, Honda, Waitrose and 3M, so our apartment is ideal for anyone working at the aforementioned.

Photo ID is required as part of the reservation process, this is done via our secure platform and a link to do this will be provided when you book the reservation.

For third party bookings please contact us directly before booking or your booking may be refused.

Pets are welcome in the property for an additional fee. If you are bringing a pet, you must let us know in advance of arrival.



Interaction with Guests:

Self Check-In, check-in instruction will be sent within 48hours prior to arrival.

Assistance from the team until 9pm Monday-Friday and 7pm Saturdays and Sundays.

Very nice place. Surprisingly large for a small studio. Has everything you need if you are visiting Bracknell - I stayed for 6 days. Hos was very quick in communication for any questions I had. I definitely will stay here again when next in Bracknell.
