Vacaciones en Bozkoy

The room had an obvious plumbing issue in the bathroom, which caused unpleasant odors. I requested a room change, but the staff refused, even though Expedia showed that other rooms were available. The only solution they offered was to spray an air freshener to temporarily mask the smell, without addressing the actual problem. Additionally, the drinking water had a very high mineral content, leaving noticeable limescale, and only one small bottle of drinking water was provided in the room. A disappointing experience, especially for a four-star hotel.

Barish, the manager, was very kind to us and gave us an upgrade and free breakfast. All was well, the beds, the rooms, wifi and the lobby. The only thing we did not like was the massage. The lady that gave us the massage had her nose running while massaging us and her phone was ringing. Once she even answered the phone and put it between her ear and her shoulder while massaging me. Not my idea of a relaxing massage!

Excellent hotel! Food, service all. The location is not very good, however it is close to the main avenues (by walking) and a very nice park. Kind of far if you plan to go to Ephesus

No usan Ire acondicionado es muy caliente.
