- Upstairs bedroom 3: queen wall bed, ensuite bathroom, door to sunny balcony patio, when wall bed is in the upright position, the room coverts to a workout studio

- Private Loft Studio: queen bed and fold out twin, full bath, living room, and kitchen

- Large chef's kitchen fully equipped for cooking and entertaining

- Lush courtyard, with lounging and dining area, BBQ

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house except and few storage areas and the garage.

Good to know and pesky rules (yes, life is full of rules):

1) The townhome has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 - 10.

2) We are a shoe-less house. All guests are asked to remove their shoes at the door. For your comfort and convenience, we provide slippers for your stay.

3) The townhouse is in a quiet neighborhood. Please respect quiet hours after 10pm.

4) This is our home. Please treat it as you would your own.

5) Parking is free and on the street in front of the townhome.
