  • Cutest basement apartment in 1940's historic home in the heart of charming downtown Bozeman! 2 blocks from Main Street. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, making this the perfect getaway for couples, families, and friends on an adventure. We provide all the essentials for a good night's sleep, as well as a welcoming kitchen to cook in. Free parking is available on the street. Winter and summer activities are endless - use this as your cozy home base! You will have the basement unit to yourself. We live in the upstairs unit. These units have separate entrances. The space features 2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds. There is a couch in the living room. There is a TV in the living room. The kitchen includes everything you may need to cook during your stay. The space includes 1 bathroom with a washer and dryer. The backyard is fenced and shared with us. If you have questions before booking, let us know! Guests have access to the basement unit - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living area, and kitchen. Shared back yard with us (we live in upstairs unit that has a separate entrance). Please note before booking: This is a basement unit. We live in the upstairs unit (separate entrance). You may see us or hear us. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am. This is NOT the spot for you if you want to party/be loud after 10pm. We control the heating/cooling for the entire house, however, there is a gas fireplace in the unit you can use and windows you can open. We also provide lots of blankets for colder nights. The space has NOT been child-proofed. For longer stays: We provide enough TP, paper towels, trash bags, etc for shorter stays, but you may need to purchase additional products if you are staying for a longer period of time. For longer stays, we do not clean the Bungalow during your stay. Just before and after! STR20-00287

Great location in town. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. Communication with host fabulous. It was quiet and with the extreme heat in town the place was nice and cool. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay! Loved the Bungalow. Had a little hiccup with checkin but believe it was the app not working properly. The host was very responsive. It is in a great location to downtown, walking everywhere. Adorable decorations!

I was blown away by the location! We were able to very easily walk to main street shops and restaurants (and did many times). The street is quaint and very cute, and we had no trouble finding parking for our campervan either! This really is a gem in Bozeman, I highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect. The accommodations were super clean and the hosts were super responsive. Also, the accommodations were wonderfully clean and equipped. The only issue is (and maybe I missed it in the description) is that the accommodations are in a lower level and you access them with a narrow and slightly steep stairway. The handrail and lighting are excellent in the stairwell but the stairs themselves are a bit steeper than normal.

Place was ok. Expensive but expense is relative to the area of the country you’re in and the places around you. I did think certain areas of the house could use more cleaning attention.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bozeman. The owners were very kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Beds were very comfy!

This was our first time in Bozeman and I would stay at Neil and Sarah’s property again! The two of them were incredibly communicative and accommodating throughout our entire stay. A plus to this was how quickly they responded to my questions. The space itself is charming with a ton of personality. Sarah and Neil also leave visitors with a ton of recommendations for places to visit, which was great for us who were primarily visiting for a wedding but had a small amount of dead time in between festivities. It was nice to walk out into the living room, see their board of recs for a quick meal or a hike, and plan our day accordingly. Most notably though was the property’s proximity to all the Main Street bars and restaurants. Everything was truly only blocks away.Overall, staying here was a prime Vrbo experience. I’m Bozeman-pilled to say the least and that’s due, in part, to Neil and Sarah’s hospitality and a comfortable stay!

Location location location

2 blocks from the thick of Bozeman Main St. fun and easy walking distance to local trails, parks, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and more. You go to Bozeman to be outside, and this basement apartment was the perfect home base for a long weekend of adventures.

Overall the location was ideal as it was a few blocks off of main which suited our needs perfectly. The cozy downstairs was nice and clean and slept our group of four comfortably. The owner was very helpful and answered any questions we had right away. Everything went very smooth and we all enjoyed our stay.

Location Location Location

A quick weekend trip, I needed to be able to walk todowntown and MSU campus. This location was perfect. Did not spend much time in unit because of weekend schedule. However, it had all I needed comfortable bed, access to washer and dryer, clean unit and plenty of space. Would rent again.
