It's fully equipped with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals or quick snacks. The breakfast bar offers seating for two and is a great spot for a quick coffee or a casual meal. Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining area with a modern table that seats six. It's the ideal setting for enjoying a delicious home cooked meal, served family style!

The townhome features three luxurious bedrooms, each meticulously designed for maximum comfort and style. All three bedrooms are located on the upper level and the décor is Montana themed, with pops of color that provide a touch of personality. The Primary suite has a King bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. A full-size washer and dryer is available for you in addition to a gorgeous balcony, perfect for watching the sun set on a warm summer night.

This townhome is pet-friendly, so your furry friend is more than welcome to join and a fully fenced yard allows your dog to roam freely in a secure environment.. Please note, only one dog is allowed and there is an additional pet fee required.

In the winter, nearby Bridger Bowl is a local's favorite for downhill skiing with 350 inches of snow on average, 8 lifts, and 2,000 skiable acres! You can also drive to Big Sky for even bigger downhill skiing or cross-country ski at Lone Mountain Ranch, voted #1 Nordic Ski Resort in North America. Looking for more thrills? Check out ice climbing in the Hyalite Canyon. After a day of adventuring, relax at Bozeman Hot Springs or hit the town! As a college town, Bozeman is always bustling with activity and something for everyone.

In the summer, Bozeman boasts numerous events and festivals like the Sweet Pea Festival, rodeos and MSU Graduation.
