Check in was easy. Condo is exactly what you see-clean, modern and great location. Kate was a very responsive host. Easy to communicate with. We would definitly stay again.Only negative having to pay a non-refundable 59 deposit.

the place was very nice and Casa Costa is in a perfect location. The apartment basically has everything that you would need including beach chairs. The bed mattress deffinately needs to be replaced. My only problem with this rental was the communication with the owner. I had several communications with the owner that went unanswered. Two were about the TV in the bedroom that was not working. Another about rusty waster coming out of the sinks and bathtub. Even thought I tried contacting her via VRBO's app, Text message and calling about the water problem. I never got any response until I was checking out. Then I was told that she remembered seeing a notice that they were working on tthe water. Other than that it was a nice apartment.

Family Visit

Beautiful condo in a nice area near beach and restaurants. The check in process was a little disorganized, perhaps the lock boxes for the keys could be better organized numerically.Would gladly stay at this property again.

Comfy, Clean & Pleasant immediate surroundings

The condo was quite nice & the complex was kept up well. The pool was lovely & they have a small gym as well. If you like fishing then there is an inviting marina within walking distance where you can charter a fishing boat. I gave this listing 4 stars b/c the check in process was not as smooth as one would like after traveling for 5-6 hours. The cabinets where the lock boxes are kept was an absolute mess. All kinds of locks in no order & many locks had no numbers just rental agents cards taped on the box. They r took sometime to locate the key. & to add to the confusion there was a townhouse with the exact same # as the condo. When you are tired from traveling this can make your head spin. The condo owner did communicate with us fairly quickly when the front door lock jammed & we could not get out of the condo for a minute or 2. The owner did get someone out within a few hours to change the lock. Let me say that if you are looking for an expansive posh neighborhood this would not work for you. The marina has 2 restaurant/bars that have music on Fridays, but the rest of the area is nothing to write home about. All in all we had a nice time & the condo was lovely for a fair price.

Lovely spot in hi-rise condo near the beach

We really enjoyed our stay in this little condo in Boynton Beach. Lovely location near a small urban walkway with lots of restaurants - very close to the inter-coastal waterway, just under a mile to a public beach on the ocean. There is not much view from inside the unit, but we spent most of our time outside. Overall, the unit is quite comfortable with a nice dining room table that we could have my Mom and sister over for dinner. If you visit know that you must have a clicker/transponder to get to your parking place and the only way to get that is to retrieve it from the inside of the unit. Do this first thing! We did not realize we needed this and things got very confusing. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely come back. Thank you!

Perfect for weekend getaway

Unit was clean and comfortable. Loved the modern decor. There is a designated parking space in the attached garage which was handy (get the garage opener from the unit after checking in). Unit was perfect for my needs, as I was visiting family in the area. You can hear some noise from other units upstairs or in the hallway, but that is common in multiunit buildings. All in all, I would stay here again when in town.

Great Location!

Condo is in a great location! Walking distance to many local restaurants and bars. Walk to the beach as well. We stayed for over a month and found the condo to be comfortable for two of us. Host replied quickly to questions.

Very poor experience - embarrassing for our company

Our company needed to provide rooms for team members out of state and instead of putting them in hotels for several weeks where they wouldn’t have the ability to cook or live as normal we chose to put them in condos in hopes of making it more like home. Unfortunately, that was not the experience they had. We put one team member in this condo and within just a few days the oven broke. We immediately contacted the owner and the owner informed us they would get it fixed. They never did even after multiple messages. On top of that the condo is missing basic items that would make it better than a hotel such as a can opener. Overall very poor experience with this unit and owner. I would not recommend.

Very small

The unit is VERY small. We rented for a month and this is much to small for even two people for that length of time. The kitchen is almost non-existent - absolutely NO counter space and really no cabinet to store food. The kitchen was very poorly stocked with utensils, dishes and pots and pan. There were a lot of problems with the lights - bad connections and the overall the unit was poorly lit. The bathroom was dated and sparse. Worst of all were the counches - VERY uncomfortable - very small - not even big enough for two people. I would not recommend this unit for more than one person and only for a short stay.
