Welcome to Balinese outdoor experience, tranquility & spa... This is another project designed by myself where I wanted to emphasize the importance of using natural high quality materials such as different types of solid wood, stone etc together with high quality labor & artisan made huts and items. The idea behind it was to bring the guest as close as possible to the beautiful tropical nature and what it has to offer, but at the same time do not deprive a person the comfort of the modern world. I decided not to have only one style trough-out the property but rather a light mix of different styles so the guest would feel more comfortable and not be bored. This, together with brand new, high end appliances and other necessities of the modern world will make a great fusion and unforgettable vacation...
Property is located in Boynton Beach, only 1.5 mile from the beach and great waterfront restaurants, also its conveniently located to Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach (only 10 min drive), Boca Raton & West Palm Beach (15-20 min drive).
The property is a smaller part of a duplex, but there is a concrete wall with different types of insulation between the units, so you won't be able to hear other guests. Also there is a 7-8 feet concrete wall in the backyard between the units, making the separation between the units better than regular single family homes that usually have a 6 feet PVC or wooden fence.
Inside in the unit everything has been renovated from scratch, including insulation in the ceiling, the walls and even between the rooms. There is a big living room with brand new kitchen, Bosch high end appliances, LED TV & Fireplace. Another LED TV located in the master bedroom, there is a solid bamboo floor in the bedrooms and beautiful marble floor in living room and both bathrooms. Both bathrooms are very high end, with smart antifog mirrors, in master bathroom there is also washer/dryer combo, double sink and Toto toilet bidet. All rooms have a ceiling fans.
Outdoor area has probably the best features: The focal point is of course the best outdoor hot tub you can buy - Manhattan model with platinum package made by ThermoSpas. This is not your regular hot tub where you just get warm, I bought this spa so my guests would not only have a place to sleep but a place where they could have a total relaxation for their mind and their body. There is a total of 200+ nozzles, run by 3 independent motors. After you used this spa you could fill the vintage outdoor cast iron tub with cold water & ice (if your health condition allows it), and have a cold plunge or just soak in the tub outdoor while listening to birds. When you done you can just lay on a full size swing bed just to relax and enjoy the view.
There is 2 Bali style tiki huts and pergola made of solid eucalyptus by local artisans, so there is a real tropical feel. The outdoor bar is made from old boats in Bali (Indonesia) as well as a seating set (solid teak). Also there is an outdoor kitchen with high end grill, sink, fridge, and a huge ice maker. Also nice little yard with tropical flowers & palms where you can meditate in the morning.
