"They forgot to clean our room the second night we were there so we had dirty towels in our room all day garbage, and had to go to the desk to get stuff for the next day cause we were checking out. The front desk, staff apologize, but we were not compensated at all."

"The overall stay was acceptable however there was an issue with one of their security guards. I will spare you the details, but it was very unprofessional. Beds, towels, and bathroom were all clean, but the bedroom carpet was filthy and I could tell that it had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The nightstand was sticky, and there were a pair of somebody’s eyeglasses on the floor between the right side of the nightstand and the wall. "The place doesn't at all feel safe. The rooms open to the parking and are completely cutoff from the main building or the lobby. Although smoking was not allowed, the room had too much cigarette odor."

"Our family stayed for one night, the kids used the pool which was nice and clean. The staff was polite, the breakfast buffet was impressive. The rooms could be updated, especially the mattresses, but the room was clean and was perfect for our family of four."
