"Hotel was just remolded and the room was very clean. Liked the fact that everything was in walking distance."

"No issues whatsoever. I highly recommend."

"Staff was very helpful-especially Denise and Alexandria, The food at the restaurant was just okay. Ridiculous that they wanted $20 per night for parking."

"Overall I enjoyed my stay, however they failed to message me to tell me the room was ready. We sat there longer than we needed to. And the second issue was that you had to let the shower run for5-10 minutes before the water got hot. I understand it's Florida, but I still enjoy a hot shower."

"We have two complaints about this property. We arrived at FLL and called Hampton Inn for the complimentary shuttle to take us to the hotel...three calls, three broken promises to pick us up, which never happened after an hour wait. We call a Lyft driver to take us there. Second, the hot food at daily breakfast was lukewarm at best. Exception being the oatmeal."

"Clean property. Extremely comfortable bed."

"The property is ok. Breakfast as usual American continental breakfast. Due to the humidity of the season, the room smells always damp. For the shuttle, I have my concerns. Despite it’s a third part company that gives the service, we stayed more than 2 hours waiting for some, and in the final we got an Uber due to its inefficiency."

"The staff needs to be more ready to help the guests and answer their questions"

"Excellent"
