Villa Luciana 'Fantastic sunsets by the pool'

My house is of recent construction, rehalized in stone as inspired by the traditional architecture of the Mani. It is situated between Agios Nicholaos and Pigi at 180 m above sea level, about 40 km from Kalamata airport and enjoys an extraordinary view over the bay of the Messinian gulf. Within 30 km, between Agios Nicholaos and Kardamili, you can find clear sand beaches, pebbles and inlets with turquoise sea water.
The house has 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The furniture is modern and the house has large outdoor spaces with private parking, solarium and swimming pool for exclusive use.
Guests have access to the entire house, to private parking, to storage with washing machine, to the garden, to the veranda with double pergola where it is possible to spend time, to a sun deck and to the swimming pool for exclusive use, with sunbeds and umbrella. The house is surrounded by greenery with the view as far as the eye can see over the expanse of olive trees that reach the sea. The house offers all the comforts both inside and outside. The location is ideal for those who need silence and rest and for those who want to reach the nearest beach (Pantazis) in ten minutes.

Wunderbar!

Ohne Hilfe der sehr freundlichen und ständig erreichbaren Maria hätten wir das Quartier nie gefunden, da das Navy nicht funktionierte. Das sehr zufrieden stellende Quartier ist durch wunderbare Aussicht und gepflegten Pool sehr zu empfehlen. Der Verwaltung würden wir ein entsprechendes Hinweisschild an der Straße empfehlen. Danke, Maria!

Excellent property in an exceptionally peaceful setting

Villa was perfect for our 16 nights stay ( 3 adults). The location is amazing. Calm and peaceful with views down the hillside to the sea and to the villages below. Totally private. Pool was maintained to a high standard and is bigger than the marketing photos present. Excellent outside furniture. Well equipped kitchen. Sound air conditioning (we had 38 degrees +) throughout our stay but had decent sleep at night. Beds, house keeping, washing machine, dishwasher, showers all good. No BBQ but a decent oven in the kitchen. The area is quiet but really interesting to explore, be it coastal or mountains. Spoilt for choice of places to eat away from the tourist area of Stoupa. One point to note is that there are several steps down from the parking area and a few more steps to one of the terraces. This would only be a concern for someone with a disability or walking aid. To top off the complete perfection of this venue was Maria, our host. She was so kind, informative and attentive. Her communication was prompt. Thank you so very much Maria. A pleasure to meet you.

Une vue sur la mer à couper le souffle

Superbe maison en pierre, joliment décorée et d’une propreté irréprochable. Très bien équipée. De grandes terrasses sur lesquelles on peut prendre tous les repas et toujours face à la mer. La piscine est magnifique et plus grande que sur les photos. La vue sur la mer et les collines est tout simplement splendide. Merci à Luciana pour la communication avant notre arrivée et à Angela pour son accueil très sympathique. Je recommande à 100% Sophie

We had a great holiday

What a wonderful holiday we had,we were not missing anything! The location is beautiful and close to nice villages. Car is necessary. Angela our hostess helped us well when there were some minor problems. I would definitely recommend this holiday location!!

Tolles, kleines Ferienhaus in unvergleichbarer Lage

Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach toll. Ein Blick in die unberührte Natur der Bucht bis herunter zum Meer. Völlig ungestört haben wir das Ambiente des kleinen, intimen Häuschens genossen. Der Pool und das ganze Anwesen sind sehr schön angelegt.

Lovely villa, great host

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely part of Greece but the local information provided by our host made the stay very special. The villa was clean, and well equipped with excellent facilities. Our only problem was that it was very hard to find in the dark after a delayed flight. The instructions were unclear and he distances incorrect. In end we looked for Sto Spiti B&B on google maps. The very steep entrance is about 40 m beyond thaton the right, almost opposite a turning on the other side of the road. Otherwise perfect

Einzigartige Lage in der Mani

Das Haus liegt perfekt, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat einen außergewöhnlichen Blick und man fühlt sich, als ob man über allem schweben würde. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Simplement aussi bien que chez soi, mais sous le soleil et avec une vue magnifique

Peu habitué à donner mon avis, cette fois ci, cela s'impose : quelle agréable surprise que cette location !! La maison est typique de la région, très bien entretenue en intérieur comme extérieur. Les photos nous semblaient déjà attirantes mais elles ne sont qu'une petite partie de la réalité : en effet, la location est spacieuse, lumineuse et son emplacement un peu à l'écart des villages vous fournit une vue et un calme exceptionnels. La liste des équipements parait complète mais ajoutez donc à cela divers produits ménagers offerts par notre hôte, qui vous permettent de passer vos vacances sans manquer de rien. Bref, une seule chose à penser en ayant cette location : apéritif, détente et piscine privée et ce à toute heure !!! Adultes comme adolescents y trouvent leur compte. J'ajouterais pour finir, un accueil qui fut fort sympathique tout en restant discret tout au long de nos 15 jours trés fortement appréciés.
