A privileged location offering absolute tranquility, in the middle of a 5-hectare park, bordered by a small stream, "the Kerdu". Nearby, the GR 34 hiking trail, beaches, a water sports center, the charming town of Lannion, and the Plouaret Trégor TGV train station... All necessary shops are 1200m from the house. The house, with a surface area of ​​165 m², is equipped for 10 people. On the first floor, you will find a large eat-in kitchen, a living room, and a shower room with WC. Then, upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with WC (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub). On the first floor, bedroom 1 has a 160cm double bed, and bedroom 2 has 2 bunk beds. 4 beds of 80cm on the 2nd floor: bedroom 3: 1 double bed (150cm), bedroom 4: 1 double bed (160cm).
