  • Corner third floor condo with ocean front views on Kahana Bay. Enjoy ocean front views from the lanai off of the living room and master bedroom. A 30" flat screen TV coupled with the DVD player keeps you entertained in the evenings. Bring your CD's from home and listen on the player provided. AC is not available, but the condo does stay cool from the breeze with the windows and lanai doors open. Roll down the shades in the living room to provide afternoon shade on the corner ocean front lanai.

    The Valley Isle Resort is an ocean front unit within walking distance to Maui Brewing Co., Miso Phat Sushi, China Boat and Dollie's Café and Pub. Nearby Beaches to Valley Isle: Kahekili Beach Park (Airport Beach): generally calm conditions, excellent snorkeling and swimming, public restrooms, BBQ grills and large grassy area , Honokowai Beach Park: great for snorkeling due to shallow, reef protected beach, Children’s playground area, plenty of shade, tables and BBQ grills, Pohaku Park (S-Turns): calmer during summer months, sandy and rocky shoreline, picnic tables.

    Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Maui on the Fly for baby equipment rentals – this includes baby beach toys and other beach necessities for children. For more details and information check them out on the web!

    There is plenty of parking on site and no parking fee. We do ask that you register with the front desk upon your arrival.

Reviewer Comments: my husband and I have stayed at this property for over 30 years! view is the best there is anywhere! nice quiet property, deck overlooks the sand, ocean, whales, turtles, is quiet (except for ocean waves!). the lobby is restful and quiet and comfortable. the staff is fabulous and friendly, most helpful always! walkable to small shops and restaurants. small, clean pool with comfortable chairs and lounge chairs. a very small, nice resort and absolutely perfect for older couples in my opinion! highly highly recommend! (obviously, as we have been going for so many years!)

Lulled to sleep every night by the waves

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week in this well equipped condo. It had everything we needed and more. The condo was clean and well maintained. The location at the end of the hall meant nobody was walking by our open door, which was nice for privacy. The door needs to be open for airflow or it’s too hot. The bed was so comfortable. I slept better than at home honestly. I was sad to leave the sound of the waves lulling me to sleep. The only complaint we had is that the dryer just vents into the kitchen. It definitely made it HOT and extra humid. Don’t do laundry till the sun is down and you can have the while place wide open.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Valley Isle property grounds were beautiful and the lobby area was impressive with the staff very welcoming. Having parking included for our stay at was a positive bonus. Condo 310 delivered a wonderful experience , it was comfortable and decorated with Island touches and my daily needs were more than met. 310 was clean and the view was stunning.Suggestion: Our flight was delayed so we arrived when it was dark. We were unfamiliar with the property and when we arrived and exited the elevator, it was dark and we were uncomfortable to be wandering around the hallway area. My suggestion would be to have lighting come on 15 to 20 minutes earlier or activated by detecting low light, and not on a timer. Thank you.

The lanai screen door needs a little TLC as does every.unit there that we've stayed in.

View is nice, but no beach in font of condo, seems to be washed away covered with sandbags. Ocean sounds very loud when crashing on sand bags, not soothing.
