Bedrooms and bathrooms

Elegant and stylish, each of the Villa’s bedrooms enjoy calming natural tones, flaunt unique design and perfect attention to every luxurious detail.

The first bedroom of the Villa is located on the ground floor, featuring one double bed (1,60x2,00) and direct access to the outdoor area. Additionally, the bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom, featuring a shower.

The further two bedrooms of the Villa are located on the first floor, both of them featuring semi-double beds (1,40x2,00) that can accommodate up to 2 guests each in real beds. The bedrooms are lightened up with natural light from the windows. What’s more, each of the bedrooms features a door that leads to a spacious veranda with countryside views. There is a further bathroom on the first floor featuring a shower.

All of the bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures.

To make things even better, in case you need to work during holidays, a uniquely designed office area is available on the ground floor. Having a dedicated office space in the house is essential to your productivity. Even if you are spending only a few hours a day there, we want to make sure that you make the most out of it.

Outside

Tessera Villa is set in 1 acre of outstanding natural beauty,  with a 39m2 private swimming pool. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrella, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! BBQ facilities (portable) are also available, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple in the lovely shaded outdoor dining area. A further lovely outdoor dining area is available next to the pool.

Light the barbecue to celebrate long summer evenings. The outdoor area provide the most beautiful and informal space to make meals together, have long, late night conversations after a long day of countryside adventure.

What’s more, right next to the Villa, there’s a garden with home grown, seasonal vegetables, where our guests are free to hand-pick everything they need for their salads and meals!

For Relaxation

Tessera Villa was designed with relaxation and good times in mind; lounge in the summer warmth by the outdoor pool, sink into squishy sofas with a glass of wine and gather together in the open-plan kitchen-diner for long nights of home cooked food and deep, roaring laughter. On bright days, let children roam free in the garden worthy of any game of hide and seek.

There is a free parking space outside the Villa for 3-4 cars. The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Nespresso machine (capsules) & Filter coffee machine (manual), Microwave, Food Processor (Multi), Kettle, Toaster, Sandwich Maker, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, Safety Box, First Aid Kit, open plan fully equipped kitchen!
