Come visit Mulberry Ridge Cabin in Oark, Arkansas just 1 mile from the historic Oark Cafe and Grocery Store. There are 2 other restaurants close by Catalpa Cafe, or Byrd's Adventure Center has a Riverfront Restaurant all 3 are within 10 miles of the cabin, and all 3 have great food!! Marvel at the panoramic views of the beautiful countryside, Mulberry River, and Bull Mountain as you relax and unwind on the large deck. Start your adventure on the many trails nearby as you explore the river, waterfalls, hiking trails, ATV riding, rock climbing, etc. Enjoy private access to the majestic Mulberry River, perfect for kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and swimming. Roast S'mores over the fire pit, bird watch, hammock, play games in the spacious gated yard. This is your perfect escape for outdoor adventure activities, and a special place you’ll want to visit any time of the year!!!!

Relaxing and fun!

Nice property and good location if you were like us and wanted to get out into the mountains and have a serene little place to relax. The Oark General store was in a neat little town and had some pretty good breakfast. Definitely would recommend hitting up a grocery store before you head into the mountains to stock up on supplies/ food. The oven was pretty finicky so that made cooking a little more difficult than we would’ve liked but we made it work.

Another Perfect Stay

This was our second time staying here and it was just as perfect as the first. The deck is perfect for meals or early morning cups of coffee. The kitchen had everything I needed to make simple meals for my family. The bedrooms were clean and offered very comfortable beds where we each boasted the best nights of sleep we’ve had in months. The living room was big enough to spread out, but the perfect size to play games or watch a movie together. My teenagers have already requested that we return again next summer. I couldn’t have asked for a better space and am very thankful to have found this listing.

Unexpected

We had the most unexpected amazing time at this place. Loved everything about the whole experience. Will be back 2-3 times a year for sure. Do not tell anyone about Arkansas. Y'all keep going to Colorado and everywhere else. Hopefully the liberals do not ever find out about it. Amazing people everywhere. Better than my home state of Texas,

Beautiful!

This place was so awesome! The view was great, the river was beautiful, and if you enjoy hiking there are some really cool spots near by to check out. My teens loved it as well. The house was clean and just as pictured. We didnt want to leave. The only recommendation I have for the owner is to maybe add a few more fly traps as they can be pretty pesky in their numbers. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute Comfortable Cabin!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and decorated really cute! We walked to the river, had an evening fire in the outdoor fire pit, had early morning coffee on the deck, and enjoyed the beautiful views. Would definitely want the go back!

Good till the power went out.

We had to leave early because the electricity went out. There is no cell reception there except with the internet no internet without electricity. We couldn’t even contact the property manager or the emergency contacts. The beds are very uncomfortable. One of them sounded like it was stuffed with Wal Mart sacks.

Perfect slice of nature.

This trip was amazing from the beginning with the host to the end of the trip. The mulberry river is beautiful and this has private access which we loved. The locals are great and the small town store is perfect to get your fill and have a great slice of pie.

Family trip to the Ozarks

We took a four-day trip to the Ozarks (two adults and four little children) and were looking for a nice place to stay. After some searching, we found this beautiful property. The house was very clean and had all the promised amenities and the surrounding area was gorgeous and perfectly suited for our kids (they loved walking down to the river and play on the sand banks, building dams, skipping stones, explore, etc.) Would definitely recommend this property!
