Luxury Phase 2 Ocean View Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort

Beautiful Las Palomas condo for rent. We are in the official rental pool which includes full resort access including wrist bands, pools, daily maid service, spa, gym and all resort amenities! You must be 25 years of age to rent this condo.

This privately owned condo is well stocked with many extras and decorated with a relaxing beach theme! Located in the highly upgraded phase 2, Cortez building, 4th floor, unit #404, over 1360 sq. ft.

CONDO FEATURES:
This 2 bedroom – 2 bathroom condo offers, granite countertops, marble & travertine bathroom, tile throughout. New King-size pillow-top mattresses in both bedrooms and a brand new queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Plenty of dresser and closet storage. Large safe in the master closet.

65” Smart TV in the living room, 55” Smart TV’s in both bedrooms, dvd player, and internet access (high-speed wireless). DirecTV satellite broadcasts both Phoenix/Tucson local and Spanish language HD channels.

The dining room can seat 6 people plus the kitchen bar allows for seating for an additional 4 people.

Full kitchen with purified water, all major and small appliances and full laundry room.

Large bathrooms with dual sinks, hair dryer, hotel quality toiletries, & extra-large walk-in showers.

Private balcony with seating and a stunning ocean view! Watch dolphins play in the water or beautiful sunsets nightly! Plus, you will NOT get the HOT afternoon sun in this condo!!

LAS PALOMAS RESORT:
Las Palomas is the largest master planned resort community in all of Puerto Peñasco, which means it offers more amenities than at any other resort. It offers multiple heated pools, swim-up bars, palapas on the beach, pool side and beach waiter service, room service, 2 upscale restaurants, spa, fitness center, BBQ grills, convenience store, 24hr security, paramedics onsite and more!

Room has an incredible view. Property is nice. Unit was clean and spacious. Be sure you have your directions to get to check in office. Beach is great. Good location.

Las Palomas Phase 2 is an amazing property! Our room was very nice however, there were a couple things that guests either need to be aware of or the property manager needs to take care of. For example, there were only partial rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom with no spare rolls. There was one garbage bag in the wastebasket with no spares in the unit. There was one roll of paper towels with no spare. It was unclear if housekeeping was included with the rental agreement. Overall, our stay was wonderful!!! It would just have been nice to know we had to bring garbage bags and toilet paper!!

Gorgeous view and great condo! Only issue we had was with Casago, they never gave us the entry code and then the door lock was broken and wasnt locking and they kept going on about how I wasnt pulling the door in hard enough but that wasnt the issue, findally they came out and fixed it.

A Delightful Experience!

For the past 9 years, we have visited Las Palomas twice a year and stayed in many condos. However, this condo is the best, hands down. Chrissy, the owner, has added small little details / amenities inside the apartment that make the stay just perfect.
