THIS IS THE ULTIMATE FAMILY FUN RETREAT!

The locals say, and our guests agree, this charming mountainside chalet has ONE OF THE MOST MAJESTIC VIEWS IN THE SMOKIES! From the hot tub or anywhere on the wrap-around deck, you'll enjoy total privacy while over-looking a vast mountain valley encompassing an open field and a flowing river, which you'll hear year-round. Another highlight is the TWO-STORY GAME BARN, with two TV lounges, ping-pong, billiards, darts, double-shot basketball, foosball, arcade console, and more.

The MAIN CHALET can sleep up to 16 comfortably. Upstairs is a king bedroom with two twins, a queen bedroom with a full bed and a pull out sofa chair, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. On the main level is another king bedroom with a twin sleeper chair, a queen bedroom with a full bed and two full bathrooms. Also on the main level is a full sized kitchen with everything you need, a large living room with a TV and seating for 8-12, and a massive dining table with stunning views that can sit up to 16. The chalet layout is ideal for 8-10 adults with 6-8 kids.

The GAME BARN has a sleeper sofa available with linens available on request on the main level, as well as a large TV, ping pong, billiards, double-shot basketball set, darts, corn hole, a poker set, and more. Upstairs you'll find a perfect hangout for teens and kids with another TV, a futon, foosball, a tabletop arcade console, and other table top games.

The DECK is massive, connecting and wrapping around the chalet and game barn. It features multiple sitting areas, a 6-8 person hot tub and a large lounge area with a propane fire pit and grill. The entire deck system has an amazing view. It feels like a treehouse!

OUTSIDE you'll have plenty of parking for your group. There is also an enclosed, finished play house with a loft, covered porch, and a slide for the kids, as well as a nearby picnic area. You are surrounded by trees and views.

VIEWS are unique and stunning. You'll enjoy total privacy and total serenity. You'll love the peaceful sounds of the rushing river below and the birds all around you. There are a couple cabins far in the distance down in the valley, as well as an old wooden barn. You won't be disappointed with the views.

Mountain vacation

Beautiful house and surrounding property. The only negative was that the steep driveway was not in good share with a lot of potholes. My son’s mobility van would bottom out! We even got to see a bear snooping around the property!

Perfect for teenage boys

A perfect treetop getaway without the hazards of lengthy mountain climbs and hairpin turns that come with some mountain stays. We loved that there was a separate quarters for those who wanted to enjoy the quiet and one for those who wanted to play. The creekbed at the bottom of the hill was perfect for a group of kids who love being outside. Not a phone in sight all weekend. We will be back next year.

Whispering Pines

We had a wonderful time. Had a few issues (missing ironing board, not enough washcloths for everyone)- but the owner immediately sent the items over. Very attentive owners. Perfect location - not right on top of other cabins. There's a creek across the street the family loved visiting (steep walk down but fun).

Perfect stay and perfect cabin!

We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful property in the Smokies. The views were absolutely fantastic and the pictures don’t even do it justice. The game barn was a huge hit, everyone had fun playing games & enjoying the views from there as well. The fire pit and grill were excellent amenities and perfect for s’mores. The hot tub gave spectacular views but did have a hard time keeping up with the 30 degree outdoor weather (we enjoyed it anyway!). I loved that the cabin was not in a resort community so it felt secluded but only a short drive to a store and a little bit more to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The house was clean and very comfortable, and had everything we needed for family breakfasts lunch and dinners. We ran low on some paper supplies at one point and Madison quickly ordered an instacart order and we had what we needed very quickly. I appreciate her communication with us & we hope to be back someday!
