  • Escapada familiar perfecta a solo 2/10 de milla a Long Sands, 3/10 de milla a York Wild Kingdom y 6/10 de milla a Short Sands con tiendas de tranvías en todo el camino. Literalmente puede estacionar su automóvil y nunca más tendrá que conducirlo mientras disfruta de todo lo que York Beach tiene para ofrecer.

    Esta casa de 4 dormitorios y 1 1/2 baño es el telón de fondo perfecto para los recuerdos que hará en sus vacaciones en York Beach. Una cocina totalmente equipada y un área de comedor abierta a una cómoda sala de estar con 2 sofás nuevos comprados en el otoño de 2018. Todas las habitaciones también tienen camas y colchones nuevos recién comprados en otoño de 2019. Y el primer piso ha sido recién pintado con pisos nuevos. Esta casa también se encuentra en una calle privada tranquila fuera de otra calle privada tranquila. Tendrá un gran espacio al aire libre con privacidad para configurar una tienda para jugar juegos de césped, comer al aire libre o simplemente disfrutar del porche de 3 estaciones. Todo mientras escucha las olas chocar contra la orilla del océano.

Thanks for another wonderful stay. I love the upgrades (the kitchen looks great), and it's still in the perfect location. The A/C was a big plus this year.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beach home. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the host was easy to work with. We walked to the beach every day, walked to the quaint downtown shops and eateries, and walked to the brewery at the end of the road. The host provided many beach items such as a beach umbrella and a wagon which really came in handy. Our grandchildren loved the bunk bed and the many toys and books in the home. It was an awesome family vacation!!

Great house with many family amenities from a full functional kitchen to a great laundry to toys and equipment for the kids and a supply of beach needs.

Amy and Kevin's beach house is great for getting the family together for a great beach week. Everything you need, plenty of space, and just a short walk to the beach!

Great for the beach!

It's a perfect place for a family. Everyone gets their own room, there's plenty of space in the enclosed porch to relax, and it's a short walk to the beach. You can't go wrong!

The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. It was very well equipped with kitchen appliances and ice maker. Beautiful yard, with fire pit. And a very convenient outdoor shower! It was really nice having use of children's toys. My 4 year old granddaughter gets bored easily, and there were so many new things for her to use. Our host Amy, seemed very invested in our vacation being perfect.

Great beach vacation

We stayed here for my sons 6th birthday to spend time at the beach. We loved the house and the town, and had a few great beach days in between cloudy weather. Would definitely recommend this property!

This house was absolutely perfect for my family. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood which makes you feel at home. It easily and comfortably accommodated 6 adults and 2 grandchildren ( 3 yrs and 10 mos). The beds were comfortable and all rooms air conditioned. The kitchen provided us with everything we needed. There were an amazing amount of games, beach toys and even a beach wagon for toting all the kids needs. We loved the location and it’s true, once you park your car you never have to get in it again. We walked to the beaches, went to the zoo/amusement park, and went out for treats everyday. Also had our dinners outside and enjoyed the fire pit. Couldn’t have enjoyed our week any more!

Had a perfect vacation staying in the VRBO. The home ia located in a great spot and is nice & roomy with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. It easily accomodated a family of 6. The kids had a blast with the toys available in the outdoor shed. Short Sands beach and the town of Short Sands was an easy walk from the home. We hope to return soon!

This place is perfect for us. Really quiet and safe for the children (it's on a private dirt road away from the crowds) but a 5-10 minutes walk will bring you to short sands beach or long sand beach, your choice ! The house is super comfortable and everything is there for families. We will be back !

This property was spotless and came as advertised. Property owner answered all questions. Conveniently located within walking distance to Long Beach. Definitely will stay again!

Great stay!

The house is great! Great location and wonderful amenities! Everything you need is there waiting for you - from baby gear to paper products, and all the kitchen appliances/dishes/glasses… even a blender! We all enjoyed our week so much!

Location is great! The owners have thought of and provided everything you could possibly need. The outdoor shower is to die for! The screened porch is great and helps keep the house clean. I would definitely recommend this property!

Great place to stay!

Been going to York since I was a kid and been in a variety of places. Tried Kevin and Amy's and it was a great fit. Short walk to the beach and town make it perfectly situated for families. Very highly recommended!!

Great place!

Great location. Easy walk to beach and town. Well kept home. Amy was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly. The screened porch was a nice retreat, the outdoor shower was lovely and very helpful! Home was well equipped.

Would go back again and again

Such an ideal location, great house, so well furnished. We were 10 and all had an amazing stay. The outdoor living - the screened porch/outdoor shower/firepit/grass area… - was where we spent most of our time, and the short walk to the beach was pleasant. Amy was fast to respond and very helpful. Strongly recommend and would go back!

As in the past everything was perfect! The owners thought of everything. It was very clean and it felt like home. We couldn’t get a better location. You park the car for the week and can walk everywhere from the house. My family loves your home.The screened porch and the outdoor shower are our favorite places at the house. I hope we can continue to return each year!
