Established by Doci, a company with deep roots in property construction and management, it now expands into the realm of upscale accommodations with a villa and three suites located in Askos. The name carries family significance. Doci being the surname, and Kelio representing a fusion of the names of the two sons—symbolizing continuity, care, and the personalized touch that defines the hospitality experience.

INDOOR SPACES
Doci Kelios Villa combines comfort with refined aesthetics, offering 5 spacious bedrooms and accommodating up to 12 guests in an atmosphere of complete relaxation.

On the main level, a bright open-plan space features an elegant living area and a state-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for enjoying quality time with family or friends. On the same floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers, along with an additional bathroom in the living area for extra convenience.

On the upper floor, two more luxurious bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms provide privacy and tranquility. The spacious veranda stands out as a highlight of the villa, offering stunning views over Agios Nikolaos Volimon and the Ionian Sea, while the jacuzzi perfectly enhances the relaxation experience.

On clear days, the view extends all the way to Kefalonia, creating the perfect setting for truly unforgettable holiday moments.

On the basement level, the villa offers an equally well-designed and functional space, ideal for additional guests or larger groups. It features a spacious bedroom with 4 single beds that can be converted into two double beds upon request, providing flexibility and comfort. The area also includes two modern bathrooms with showers and a cozy lounge, creating a semi-independent relaxation space. Despite being on the lower level, the basement remains bright and inviting, maintaining the same sense of comfort and luxury found throughout the villa.

PRIVATE POOL
The private heated pool of Doci Kelios Villa is the centerpiece of the outdoor experience, offering comfort and luxury in a setting of complete tranquility. Spacious and ideal for larger groups, it also features a shallow area for children, making it suitable for all guests. Surrounded by elegant sun loungers and relaxation areas, the pool enjoys unobstructed views over the Ionian Sea and Agios Nikolaos, creating the perfect setting for refreshing moments, relaxation, and all-day enjoyment.

ABOUT POOL HEATING
•The pool temperature can reach up to 26°C, depending on outdoor weather conditions.
•The heating function is available during April, May, the early days of June, as well as mid-September, October and November.
•In case of rain or lower night-time temperatures, the pool may not reach its maximum temperature.
•A pool cover is not available.
