  • BEST LOCATION IN ALL OF CONDADO! This is a completely renovated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in the heart of Condado. This is the only property in the San Juan area with a private patio & deck overlooking the Condado Lagoon.
    This apartment is located on the first floor which grants you direct access to the Lagoon, making it easy for you to relax under the sun, enjoy the magnificent view or begin your kayak/paddle board adventure.
    The property is right next door to the Olive Hotel, only 80 yards away from the sophisticated O:LV Boutique hotel and 1 block away from the Vanderbilt Hotel and top-rated STK restaurant. In addition there are multiple restaurants, shops, and casinos walking distance and the beach is just a few steps away.
    As an added benefit, the owners reside on the same building where this property is located, making it extremely convenient for guests if they ever need anything.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was within walking distance, designated parking spot, area felt very safe. We kayaked almost every day. Thank you Jorge for accommodating to our early check-in request.

The apartment was very clean - with a washer and dryer with detergent. You don’t need to rent a vehicle because all the fun is walking distance. Excellent restaurants and lounges near by. The walk to beach is very simple and close. The host was very kind and professional because we needed a little at arrival but only because we went to the wrong address. It has everything you’d need!

Peaceful retreat

This is a great place for two people. It has a separate sleeping area that’s very spacious. We had all we needed for a fun stay. It’s nice and peaceful at the lagoon but you can find a party vibe steps away. It’s an easy walk to the beach.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Lagoon view is beautiful, the best sunsets. Easy, free access to kayaks was great. Kitchen has everything we needed to make breakfast as well.

Lovely!

My partner and I LOVED our stay! The location was central to all the places we wanted to visit and there were great restaurants in walking distance. We used the patio every day for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening! It was also nice to have access to chairs and the kayaks!

Location! Location! Location!

This is the perfect location to enjoy the Condado neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio overlooking the Lagoon- from morning coffee to watching the sunset with a cocktail. Loved it!

Great location

Wonderful little apartment. Close to great restaurants and beach and just a quick Uber ride away from Old San Juan. I didn't try the kayak or paddle board because I don't know how to use them or even which ones were for my use, but the lagoon was beautiful and it looked like people were really enjoying it. It was a great spot for coffee in the morning.

relaxing environment with easy paddle boarding & kayaking access. Being on 1st floor walk onto private deck with the Condado Lagoon at your fingertips. Convenient Location

The apartment is located in the heart of the Condado district. We really did not need a rental car. We walked to Old San Juan and back and was able to avoid the hassle of finding parking.

A perfect location if you like being in the middle of it all

It was a bit pricy considering the age/condition and noise pollution but the view and walkability were nice. We didn't realize till the second day that the last person left the window slats open so it felt like trying to sleep in a dance club. It was definitely a safety concern that the window was left open. Overall we had a great time and the Havana Grill nearby was phenomenal.

Perfect location

The apartment was absolutely perfect for my long weekend stay. Its right in the heart of Condado with lots of restaurants and retail opportunities very close by. The apartment itself was very clean and super comfortable. My only complaint was that the security gate to the building wasn't working one night, and I was not able to get ahold of the owner. I almost missed a reservation because I could not get out of the property.
