As we are a condominium we greatly appreciate the following rules in the property.
Pets are not allowed
Parties or events are not allowed, from 10 at night moderate noise is appreciated for healthy coexistence.
Arrival time: from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. notify if you arrive later, there is a charge of $ 300 pesos later than this time
