Luxury 2BR apartment 500m from beach and close proximity to New Forest

Impressive 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom same level flat conveniently located just minutes from Boscombe pier, beach, new artificial reef and many restaurants, bars and shops.

Bed linen and towels are included. A travel cot and highchair are also provided.

Set within the prestigious Burlington Mansions a former Victorian luxury hotel which has been affectionately restored into luxury apartments, each one being unique with many of the original features retained. The flat is suitable for 4 people.
The master bedroom has a large en-suite shower and there is another separate bathroom with a deep relaxing bath. The lounge/dining area is very spacious with a dining table; luxury L shaped sofa and large TV. There is free WiFi, TiVo TV and a large selection of DVDs. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything to make this flat perfect for a self-catering holiday.

Entrances
Flat 51 is on the ground floor and lower level. There is an outside door on the ground floor which leads into the hallway and the second bedroom. The living room and master bedroom are on the lower level. The living room and bedrooms all have windows and natural light. The interior apartment door goes to the centre of the Burlington Mansions building.

Nice apartment within a huge mansion.

Nice apartment, if a little dim - being below 'pavement level'. The location is excellent if you want the beach - be prepared for a super steep climb on the way back! The communication and information from the owner couldn't be faulted. Everything was very well organised.

Lovely flat in a great location

Great location really close to the beach and local amenities, with a parking spot. A lovely flat, clean and homely with all the facilities you would want and the extra thoughts of providing lots of book and games for any downtime! We would definitely recommend esp if you want easy access to the beach in Boscombe. Friendly and helpful communuication from the owner.

Great Apt and location

This ground floor apt in a luxury building was just perfect for our weekend stay in bournemouth. Just a short walk from boscome beach and the town centre makes for a great location to explore all bournemouth has to offer. Apt itself was very clean and an ideal size for us. Excellent apartment and location

This property was in an excellent location 10 minutes walk to the beach and town centre. Everything in the apartment was clean, tidy and very good quality attention to detail with the decoration made it feel very homely. It had games to play and was well equipped for cooking meals in if you didn’t want to go out to eat. The apartment had a back door straight into the car park which was very convenient as one of our party struggles with walking. The lady who owns the apartment was great at communicating with and helped us with all our queries and was very accommodating. I totally recommend this apartment and we hope to return next year! without doubt we would love to return for another holiday

Fabulous location and well maintained flat

We loved staying at flat no 51, having the access door to the outside was perfect. The different levels with steps may not suit older people who have walking problems. The flat was roomy and had everything you needed. Loved the huge walk in shower in the en-suite.

Pleasant Stay

The location can’t be beaten. 5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach in one direction, and similar time to the High Street in the other. On the High Street definitely recommend Boscanova, especially the pancakes - you may have to wait a bit, but it’s worth it. The basement flat itself is comfortable. Solidly built so you don’t hear the neighbours. The kitchen has everything you need with quality kitchenware. Lovely big sofa in the living room. I can definitely recommend and we would be happy to stay here if in the area again.

The property was clean and tidy and was in good condition. It’s location is ideal for the beach and town. The outside access made taking our luggage in and out very easy. The only downside was that none of the windows had a view as the apartment is on the lower ground floor from the front. However there was plenty of natural light despite this.

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay at Burlington mannor in Boscombe. The property was very clean and spacious. All of the amenities you could think of were there in the apartment. It was a lovely touch that hand washes were available in both bathrooms as we only brought one ourselves. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep all of the nights we stayed as it was quiet and peaceful at night times. There was plenty of room which was great. Teresa was very quick to reply to messages I sent her which was very helpful. The gym was really good and we enjoyed our workout sessions also. The entrance hall was always very clean and was very well decorated. 10 out of 10. We will definalty stay again in the future. Beach is close by and plenty with restaurants. Shops were a five minute walk and Boscombe bus station was also very near. Thanks Teresa for making our stay so enjoyable.
