Even though the website says there is a fan in the room I had to go down to reception and ask for one. The carpets need replacing and there is no ramp into the reception area so you have to carry any luggage up and down stairs. No fridge in the room either. "The staff were all excellent The parking very good Ev chargers made a difference Our room 305 was a top rated room but could be made better with a few little tweaks. Eg Some of the tiles over the bath need re grouting as do a couple of floor tiles. "Delusions of grandeur. A very small room with barely enough room to open a suitcase, slightly shabby decor. So many cushions on the bed that when you removed them they took up most of the available floor space! Bathroom ok but nowhere to put toiletries. Dinner ok, but nothing special.
