Charming self-catering cottage with a pool, near the beaches and Île d'Oléron

  • The studio is eco-renovated. It is independent, with a terrace not overlooked, and air-conditioned. The beach of old Chapus (photo) is 3 minutes walk away and Fort Louvois is 1500m (Pointe du Chapus). The bridge to the island of Oléron is 2 minutes away by car and the bridge to the Arvert peninsula towards La Palmyre is 10 minutes away.
    IDEAL location for excursions to the whole region without being blocked by traffic jams on the Oléron bridge.
    The cottage is composed of 3 rooms:
    - A bohemian style bedroom with a 160 cm bed (hemp mattress, organic cotton sheets), a dressing room.
    - A main room equipped with a cloakroom, a sofa, an office area, a dining area, a television.
    - A shower room with a large walk-in shower, a sink with shelves, a toilet under an original glass roof.
    - A small fully equipped kitchen, with a refrigerator, combi oven, sink and induction hob.
    Access is independent and parking is private.
    The exterior is composed of a terrace equipped with a table and chair, and drying rack, and allows access to the garden and the fun pool (counter-current swimming, massage jets) and sunbeds.
