"Everyone in the hotel is super friendly. I would like to thank everyone, especially the lady at reception for allowing us to check in early and upgrading our room. She is a very kind and helpfu lady. Thanks to the Nepali and Indian staffs at the hotel who were amazingly friendly and hospitable to us. The hotel is very clean and the location is great too. The free breakfast buffet was great. I will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future whenever I visit Kuwait."

"Check in service is very excellent and fast! The front desk staff are are very helpful and kind. But highlight of our stay is because of our experience in the Vitality spa.
