Viatges a Alçades del Boulevard

They listen to you.

Very disappointing stay at Park Central South Beach. Three women entered our room while we were changing using their own key cards, our toilet was not fixed, and we were moved to a worse room. The second room had repeated key-card issues because staff failed to explain the deposit requirement. Most concerning, $400 went missing from our belongings. We reported everything and requested incident reports before checkout and again by email, but have yet to receive them. We also received conflicting information about security footage. The lack of security, communication, and accountability was unacceptable. We are requesting full refunds for both reservations and would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

I like how centric the plase the staffveryhelpful a comunicative

First, we arrive to the place and saw that the walls, areas of door handles and floors are dirty. No one swept or mopped before we arrived. Second, bedroom nearest to front door bed has a leg that was starting to come unloose. There were small roaches in the cabinet that held plates and cups in it and housekeeping never came once to clean the entire stay nor take trash out as we were directed not to take out trash ourselves. Lastly, in the listing, a washer and dryer were advertised and that was an amenities I prioritized when booking, and was highly disappointed when I saw an out of order sign on the washer and dryer in the unit.
