"Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers."

"Best about the accomodation is being on top of the hill overlooking the sea. Comfortable for a group of 4 persons. Nice hot shower, spacious twin bedroom with bath, cozy place to rest at the end of the day after Eden project and St Ives. Malcolm and Linda were reached able via mobile and email. We didn't have a car but the flat is near St Austell train station, it’s about 25 mins walk. There are buses.But Taxi difficult to book, long waiting time."

"Clean well presented accommodation, check was easy and well communicated, parking was easy to find with the addition of photos to help. "The rooms are quite dated, the majority of the pictures shown are for the first floor rooms while the ground floor rooms are lot more dated and feel like the disparity is quite big. The room itself has two bathrooms and the ensuite had a very foul smell when we first entered and the second bathroom had a damp odour to it. The ensuite smell went away after the first night, but the second bathroom smells got worse over time as the ventilator was not working which we mentioned to the property...

"Very happy to have off street parking. Bus stop just outside property so chose to do bus trip to Padstow - this bus goes to Bodmin Parkway should you choose to travel by train to Bodmin. Nice and spacious to spread ourselves out. A few great pubs and main High St walking distance. Would stay again."
