"Such a peaceful spot. We had breakfast outside each morning while listening to the birds and then spotted constellations in the properly dark night sky. The cottage was well equipped with lots of quirky details, just as the name suggests and the location was perfect for us - handy for visiting family. The welcome was really warm, too. It would be lovely to return one day. "

"What an amazing place! Set in beautiful gardens and full of wildlife! Beautiful accommodation and so nice to be able to walk around all the gardens! The Japanese garden was our favourite! Also the cakes and coffee in the cafe are lovely! "

"Excellent property. Everything feels new - solid wooden internal doors, downstairs wet room, spacious kitchen/diner, bi-fold doors to patio and garden...We were 4 couples and thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights. It's about a 10 min walk to the town. You need to cross the road to get to a path - as it's on a bend visibility isn't great so it can be a bit hairy - if you're planning on staying with kids you'll need to be extra careful. Overall I highly recommend this property."

"A very pleasant accommodation in a good location. Best not to travel when its dark as it was quite hard to find at night. Tucked away on a quiet country lane. The top floor is a living area and can fet quite warm. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms. Bed are a little firm, so be prepared. Overall quiet a nice spot to stay. Hosts were very friendly and helpful."

"Very nice property, beautiful views of the beach and lake from the property, nice garden area to sit and relax. Parking for two cars was really helpful. Truro and Falmouth were good places to visit. Trelissick Garden National Trust was also a good place to visit, especially if you are National trust members, the gardens there are beautiful. "

"It is a beautiful, bright & airy space. Super convient to the High Street and it included a parking place - which is critical when staying in Falmouth. We brought 1 well behaved older dog, who was also very comfortable there. It is a nice, private space."
