  • This luxury 1,100 sq. ft. 2- bedroom, 2- bathroom apartment has its own separate building entrance and is fully ADA accessible. Tastefully appointed and decorated with the original art by local artists, this cozy suite features a modern kitchen, a beautiful sitting / dining area with a wall to ceiling bay window, a private porch, and two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a large smart TV set. A washer / dryer is in the unit. Very fast internet connection is included.
    The suite has is own HVAC system, so there’s no air sharing with other units.

We absolutely loved our stay! The whole apartment was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Stas was a fantastic host! Super communicative with clear check in instructions and checked in with us during our stay to make sure we didn't need anything. Convenient location and was able to cook and do laundry during our stay. We would absolutely recommend and would stay there again!

The place is in an excellent location, just steps from the T, a French pastry shop and some really great restaurants! It accommodated us well with our friends and Stas was very responsive! We highly recommend staying here when visiting Boston!

This property was absolutely immaculate and provided all the bathroom items I needed. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Getting into Boston via the T was very easy as the property is located next to the Newton Highlands stop. Stas communicated well before and during my stay.The single downside - and this would apply only if guests bring a car - is the tight parking behind the property. Otherwise this is a terrific choice for visitors to the Boston area, especially for those with a disability as there is a handicapped shower and no stairs.

Family Vacation

We were in the perfect location for our vacation. Right next to a pub and a french bakery and other local businesses. Travel into Boston was made easy as the Newton Highlands subway stop was right next door. Stas was an amazing host with great information on Boston.

The owner has created a lovely, clean and bright oasis. Modern bathrooms and kitchen, well furnished. He is also easy to reach and eager to help guests make the most of the area. We hope to stay again.

Great stay. Immediately wanted to book again for the future. Stas is fantastic- answered questions beforehand and during visit extremely quickly, met us on arrival to show us around and recommend local spots. We enjoyed our stay in Newton Highlands! The apartment was nicely set up for a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). The location was excellent with close proximity to restaurants and the train station across the street was very convenient for visiting downtown Boston and Fenway.
