The Blue Pearl

This completely renovated, sunny unit boasts ocean views sitting right across the street from a resident beach. This is not your typical studio apartment, as it features a full sized kitchen and a separate living space. Washer and dryer in unit. Backyard space available for recreational use.

This unit is in the heart of Nahant as you can walk next door or cross the street from the beach to Seaside Pizza, or Brett Henry Catering for lunch or dinner and grab snacks and drinks at Seaside Variety. If you choose to cook in the fully equipt kitchen, you can visit the newly opening(late June) Turnstone Market which gives the feel of a fresh market to grab all your dinner necessities. You can also treat yourself to a massage or buy yourself some gifts at Honor Thyself.
This is an ideal space for beach lovers. Check in and make your way over to the beach in a matter of minutes. Wake up to the sunrise over the ocean... Park your car and don't worry about having to drive anywhere to enjoy yourself.

Everything was amazing and spotless! We did need a blow dryer and the upstairs neighbor was a bit rowdy our last night. We also couldnt turn down the heat but it must be attached to the rest of the house! They did provide a fan though so it worked out! Amazing views and a great community. So friendly.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The views of Nahant Bay were incredible. We walk the beach during low tide and seen lots of critters. We also found tons of sea glass. Highly recommend staying here. Close to Boston and Salem but fair enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.

Perfect. Cutest town along with the cutest apartment. The view was just what I needed. Sat at the beach all 3 days for a period of time to take in the peace and comfort. Short Beach was just perfect.

This may be one of the cutest places I have stayed at in a while. Location is ideal with a view of the water from the main windows. The VRBO is decorated in a water theme with tasteful decorations. Kitchen is spacious for a 1 bedroom and has everything you need to cook (even though we did not). Shower was great with great water pressure. Our host was always accessible via the app. One concern is that parking in the back is kind of tight. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

Great place

We wanted a place to stay a couple of nights while we were celebrating Thanksgiving with my family. You could not have asked for a better location right across the street from the water and proximity to all points of Boston. Highly recommended… Hope to go back again some other time.

Excellent location, beautiful and simple beach, wonderfully appointed apartment. This property is located perfectly to visit Boston, Salem, and many other spots, all just a short walk away. It’s close but yet feels miles away. Parking is extremely convenient directly behind the property and the property itself has everything you’ll need. The kitchen is modern and filled with tableware, cooking utensils, even some spices. Big plus, a keurig with a great supply of k cups. There’s a cute, small market directly below on the ground floor (with excellent coffee btw). My wife and I had a great time exploring the area, and loved walking on the beach at night, under the stars. Communication was excellent. Check in and out was easy. Highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back.

Awesome place!

The Blue Pearl looks great in the pictures, but it is even nicer in person. What a pleasant, comfortable space for two people. Everything is modern and super clean. Callie has provided pretty much anything you need to enjoy your stay. The view from the front window is great. The location is convenient - off the beaten path but close enough to everything. There are a few places to eat almost right next door and nearby and many nice restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive so the location is very convenient. We visited Boston, Salem and Rockport with the Blue Pearl in Nahant as our home base. Off street parking is great. We highly recommend this listing!

The Blue Pearl is charming

We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Pearl. It is beautifully decorated and has many thoughtful touches. We liked staying in Nahant during our visit to Salem. It was a quick drive to Salem, and nice to return to peaceful Nahant after a busy day of touring. There is a lovely gourmet market close by with delicious local products too. Callie is a great host. Highly recommend.

Great weekend getaway!

What an awesome gem! Callie's home was exactly as advertised. The parking situation was fabulous, as well as the view. The beach is a simple cross of the street away. Callie was very accommodating with a late checkout. We also had a small issue with furniture during the stay which she graciously said was no problem. The kitchen was fully furnished. There was great brand name shower products, which was fortunate as we forgot soap! I would recommend this place to any pair of people.
