Perfect for larger groups, this private upper-level unit features 4 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, offering plenty of space to spread out while enjoying a comfortable and functional stay.

The unit includes a bright living area, a fully stocked kitchen, and multiple bedrooms ideal for families, traveling professionals, or extended stays. Guests have exclusive access to the entire upper unit and a private entrance for added privacy!

This home is a duplex. You will be staying in one private unit, and there may be guests occupying the unit below during your stay. Each unit has its own private entrance and living space.

The basement laundry area is a shared space for both units.

Not as written

We left after 1 night and checked into a hotel. The place was marked as a luxury and first class unit. It was not that. The beds were remarkably uncomfortable. The one bathroom for 3 bedrooms was not in great shape. There were no spare blankets. It lacked warmth and niceness.

Apartment was comfortable.

Located on the corner with plenty of natural light in a nice neighborhood. Kitchen and appliances are top notch. Big screen TV was nice.

Needs work

We picked this property because it was in a great location, close to college to drop our son off. Unfortunately, we had several issues with the place. The first thing was, the place is a first level (or second level for Europeans) walk up. That was not specified in the description. The stairs as STEEP and there is no railing in the front staircase. We had lots of luggage because of college items and it was a pain to go shopping and come back with packages (also for dorm) and go up and down those stairs. The back stairs seem even steeper and narrower, but there is railing. Then, the first day, we noticed about an inch of dirty greasy water in the kitchen sink. When we told Austin, he sent us a link to a video to fix it ourselves and told us to retrieve a package from the back porch with the wrench to fix it with. Another reason why we picked this place was the laundry facility. We needed to do several loads of sheets and towels, etc for the dorm. The pictures show large washer and dryer in a nice sunny spot. The truth is the washer and dryer are in the basement. And the basement, well... my first comment when I opened the door to the basement was : Oh, hell no! I've seen the movies, I know how this ends!! The stairs down to the basement are right out of a horror movie. It took us 3 days to find the light switch (by the back door, next to the stove, up 2 flights of stairs). going up and down those is not easy, and, of course, there is no railing. The washer and dryer are amazing though. Easy, clean new. Perfect. One of the beds is an amazing memory foam mattress, the other too mattresses need to be replaced asap. The AC is amazing, and came in handy for the hot days we had. All in all we accomplished what we came out to do, but with lots of bumps and most of all, we felt mislead by the description and the pictures posted on the website. This is NOT a luxury first class unit. The furniture is not high end. The kitchen is NOT first class chef. And the "generous" front and back yard need weeding and mowing. There are a few other items in the apartment that need to be refined. We texted Austin a LOT and he was very quick to respond and give us solutions. But we wished that had been no need to text in the first place.
