We stayed at this house for my wedding weekend with multiple family members and it was perfect. There was so much room for everyone to feel comfortable. Each room has a bathroom which is amazing. The views from every room made it that much more beautiful. The host was wonderful and great with communication. Book your stay!

The house is absolutely wonderful with a stunning view. You truly cannot beat the view. We stayed for our wedding weekend and were able to host friends from out of town. Every room having it's own bathroom and deck was more than ideal. It was chilly since we stayed in November, but you still cannot beat the sunrise or sunset. Kevin was more than accommodating and the house was well stocked with pantry and kitchen items. Kevin was very responsive when communicating. I would definitely stay at this property again and have already recommended.

What a great weekend at this fabulous former B&B! We rented for my daughter’s wedding, there was a beautiful room for all of the girls to get hair makeup and dressed, we had guests for an after wedding party and hosted a brunch the following day. The kitchen has everything you need, there is enough room and seating for a crowd and best of all were the ocean views from everywhere! The wedding photographer took stunning photos of my daughter on the deck and is using them for her website. I can’t say enough how great it was! Kevin was easy to reach and extremely responsive to any concerns or questions. We wouldn’t change a thing and will carry these memories for a lifetime!!

5 STARS ALL AROUND! Amazing setting! House is clean, spacious and decorated extremly well! Beds super comfortable! Wish we could have enjoyed the amazing deck but renting in November that is asking a lot!Will def hope to rent again for next years sales retreat/planing session!

Our stay was amazing. We used this as the bridal suite getting ready location on the day of my wedding and it was absolutely perfect. This was the perfect spot for our wedding weekend! The house is beautiful, very spacious and clean! Kevin was amazing and always available to answer any questions we had and even was willing to meet with us beforehand for a quick tour of the place. There was some construction right next to the house but Kevin let us know ahead of time and overall it didn’t affect our stay. We had the best time!!

This home is absolutely beautiful. We stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect for our group. Kevin was a great host, very accommodating, quick to respond, and helpful throughout our stay.The space looks great in photos but is even more impressive in person. It is bright, open, and well designed. We were blown away that each bedroom has its own balcony and bathroom, which made a big difference for our group. The downstairs pull-out couch also has a large privacy curtain, which was a nice feature for anyone sleeping there.Another bonus was that the Murphy bed and the king bed upstairs are in separate rooms, which gave us more flexibility than we expected.The location was ideal. It was within walking distance of both the groomsmen’s house, which made things much easier during a busy weekend. Everyone had a great time and felt comfortable the entire stay.If you are considering booking this place, you should. It is a beautiful space that works especially well for groups or gatherings, and we would definitely stay here again.

Best deck EVER

This large property in Scituate is right on the water. Water is all you see from the amazing deck which has enough furniture for 15-20 people. Our group was 9 women (coworkers) meeting for a staff training/retreat. Plenty of beds, decks, 6 bathrooms!, and space for privacy made this property a perfect place for our retreat. Would stay again! Owners were responsive and helpful!

Gorgeous space for my bridal party!

My bridesmaids and I stayed at this location to prepare for the wedding and it was gorgeous! The rooms were beautiful along with the views, and the amount of space made getting ready a breeze! Communication made check in extremely easy. Highly recommend this location!

Wedding Party group house

Stayed for my daughter’s wedding 12/28/24 fromFriday 12/27 until Monday 12/30. House was perfect for most the entire wedding party. It served the purpose for all the girls to gather together in the AM to start make up and hair. Weather was not exactly as planned but because we were all together the weather went unnoticed. We all just made the best of it because the house was so inviting. Others that stopped by were highly impressed. I brought a lot of my own “stuff” but the house was fully stocked. We had a slight issue with the 3rd floor toilet but when I messaged the owner he said the previous guest said the same and he came by while we were out at the wedding and fixed it. Was a flapper issue which was minor. Check out was easy just had to get the trash out into the bin. Told us whatever didn’t fit to leave it on the deck near the four entrance and didn’t have to strip the beds. The service would take care of it. Only couple things I would mention is if he could have a check out written process in a notebook on the property to reference would had been Helpful so I didn’t have to bother him. And also because it was raining, the pretty trellis over the door way entrance made for slot of “dripping” when we were coming and going. Naturally if it wasn’t raining wouldn’t had been an issue. He’s been very gracious. Would highly recommend this place.

Christmas 2024

This was the second time we'd stayed here for Christmas and if anything it was better than the first. We loved all the Christmas decorations and the spectacular view of the ocean. The house fit three generations easily, was warm and comfortable.
