Looking for a great place to stay for a family or a group trip? WE GOT YOU! Our beautiful house will host you and your family at any time. The house is in a modern warming-welcoming style with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a living room, and a dining room with an open kitchen concept. You can easily fit 12 people.

• Perfect LOCATION! It’s only a 7-10 mins walk to the Ashmont station (redline) that takes you right into Downtown Boston or anywhere else you want to go. If you drive, it only takes you 5 mins to get to the main highway 93 South and North which takes you directly to Boston in 15 mins. It’s also at the center of Dorchester that brings you to many local stores, markets, pubs, and taverns within walking distance.
• Private entrance at the front door.
• It’s a private one-way road from the main street that gives you some quiet during your stay.
• All large 4 bedrooms with 6 Queen-Full-Twin sizes and 2 futons. Luxury hotel-quality mattresses and bed sheets will give you a good sleep.
• The house’s layout serves for both privacy and gathering for your stay with a separate kitchen, dining room, living room. 2 full baths, and 3 bedrooms are on the second floor. On the third floor, we have 1 bedroom with TV, 1 full bath with tub, and a shared extra place.
• 3 full baths with standing showers and a bathtub.
• Living room with a 55’’ Smart TV for your entertainment.
• Full-size kitchen with all appliances (stove, dishes, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, cooking tools, etc.)
• All rooms are filled up with windows to bring in the beautiful sun bright.
• All new furniture! The furniture will make you feel comfortable as at home even though you are on a trip.
• Free internet in all rooms.
• Frequently professional maintenance team that does deep cleaning after each guest stay.

The host can help you whenever you need it. Other than that, it’s great about a 1700 square ft to stay location for your travel. We want to make your trip as fun and comfortable as possible. Come and stay at our place and will have an unforgettable trip to Boston!

House is as described and was what we expected. Parking was a nightmare - but we were there over a weekend so perhaps it might be better during the week. Good host, very responsive.

We came to town to see my son who is doing an internship at Fenway park and caught a concert. We had a great time. The house was spotless and exactly what we needed. Great Place to stay with a group

Perfect place to visit Boston

The house was beautiful plenty of room for my friends and I. It’s literally a stones throwaway from the train that will take you anywhere in the city of Boston. I would definitely stay again

Great location, ok apartment

Lots of little things like broken cabinets, lack of extra linens and towels, very minimal kitchen equipment and trash in the back yard led to an OK review. The neighborhood and area are very nice.

New years stay near Boston

Great stay and very convenient to visit Boston. Very spacious if you have a big group. I would suggest some hooks in bathrooms and near door. We couldn’t hand towels or jackets. Very minor suggestion, overall great stay.

Great for large families

The property is really fantastic for a larger family who appreciates options for gathering space as well as privacy. The attic space is a great bonus for kids, a teen, or a couple who wants to keep a baby / toddler close at hand and have their own space away from the space. The location is very convenient and walkable to the T. Be aware of the laundry situation. It requires quarters and is in a harder-to-access basement. The host is very quick with communication. The four stars are due to a lack of detailed information available upon arrival—typical things like how quirky technology can be, forewarning about the laundry, etc. (But even asked, help was quickly given.)

Be warned - MICE

We had a short stay at this location 3 nights and upon waking up the first morning we discovered evidence of mice including chewed through food and mouse fecal matter. We had to throw out all of our non perishable items intended for breakfast lunch and snacks. The host offered to reimburse (but has ghosted me since) and also offered a non VRBO location to move to on the 2nd of 3 nights which was smaller than where we were staying in and made us uncomfortable since it wasn’t a VRBO location. The host never reached back out regarding the mice and fecal matter despite stating someone would come take care of it and we continued to find mice evidence for the rest of our 3 night stay. You could hear the mice in the kitchen late at night. I have messaged the host repeatedly requesting the offer of reimbursement for our lost food items as was offered and the host hasn’t responded yet the place is still available to rent starting tomorrow which seems appalling given the extent of mice problem.

Birthday stay

The property was beautiful, everything in the pictures were accurate. The host was very easy to reach, very understanding and answered all my questions. Only problem was that there were people living downstairs of the townhouse building. Overall great stay
