This beautiful newly renovated home is truly a gem. The cozy two story 3 bedroom house is a home away from home. Located in a family-friendly neighborhood. We are only a 5-minute drive to Encore Casino, 10 minutes to Boston Logan Airport, 10 minute drive to the old Boston Garden Fleet center, and 10 minutes to Assembly square mall which features great restaurants ,shops and entertainment. We are also a central location for popular destinations like Boston, Cambridge , and Salem NH.
The space
The space is very cozy and inviting. The open floor plan is great for spending time with freinds and family. The house has central Heat/AC. The master bedroom is located on the first floor . The other two bedrooms are upstairs. The rooms are comfortable and very spacious. There are two full bathrooms. The master bath has a stand in shower and the common bathroom has a tub and shower. Both are located on the first floor. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make you feel at home.

Guest have access to the entire home.
including basement, laundry room, driveway and back yard.

Guest can park in the driveway.

There is free on street parking for additional parking.

The place is in a great neighborhood and is very clean. Check-in and check-out were very simple. All the instructions we needed were left for us to follow. The kitchen had things that we would need if we were cooking. Lots of places to eat were located nearby and even within walking distance, if you felt like walking. Would stay here again if ever in Boston!

Great location and close to downtown Boston. But, if you plan to go downtown Boston, you are better to Uber/Lyft as parking is a nightmare! Place was clean and had parking in the driveway - another big plus as most parking is on the street! Beds were just ok. Two were very squeaky and the 3rd needs to be replaced as there is a significant dip in it. Supplies provided were good. However, we had 5 ppl for 5 days and only provided 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in kitchen. We had to purchase more. Neighborhood was good. Not noise. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Clean property within walking distance of some really great food options. La Hacienda if you like Mexican food and Oliveira's Steak Bar Grill had amazing Brazilian authentic food and great customer serbice!

The property was great. Would have been nice if there were a few more necessities. When checking in late at night & no vehicle the last thing you want to do is look for shops to get supplies for your stay.

The property is in a good location, close to downtown Boston and Cambridge, the T and shopping/entertainment area Assembly Row. Being able to park in the driveway was a plus, especially when the street cleaners came by and no cars were allowed to park on the street. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and items worked well. There was a strong smell of animal urine that permeated the kitchen and living areas. A cleaner was sent to help with the smell, and it improved for a day, and then returned. Kitchen was lacking cookware such as a cookie sheet, and the oven had no timer nor temperature reading. One of the upstairs bedrooms had animal hair on the sheets upon arrival. There was a musty smell in the basement.

Had everything we needed and plenty of room in a lively neighborhood

Melinda's place allowed our family of 4 adults and 1 teenager to get ready and relax on our trip. The neighborhood was lively with children playing in the park and had a lot of delicious food within walking distance. It was so nice to have an easy, free parking spot as we had to rent a car to get around. The house contained everything we needed, including a spacious kitchen and a washer/dryer in the basement.There is one bedroom (containing one private bathroom) and another bathroom on the first level, while the other two bedrooms are on the second level. The stairs are a little bit steep, which wasn't a problem for us but might be difficult for some folks.There was a slight miscommunication where Melinda said she would let us know when the house is ready, but did not end up messaging us so we waited outside of the house. To her credit, Melinda tried to accommodate my last-minute early check-in request, which I greatly appreciated, and offered storage solutions near the area.During our stay, we accidentally tripped a couple of power circuits with the hair dryer and water kettle, and Melinda was very nice when we let her know.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and thought the place was a good value for our money.

Not as Expected

Unfortunately, the property was not entirely as describe and so my family and I felt a bit let down. With that being said, there was some positive points to be considered.Negatives:- Smell of cat urine as soon as we walked into the side door. Mostly contained to the kitchen/living room. Relatively faint. We were able to mask it with lighting a candle that was left in a drawer.- The property was listed as guests having access to the back yard and basement. The back yard was in deplorable condition with garbage, broken cement pieces, weeds, etc.- The basement was used as storage so was not "usable". - The listing mentioned kids books and games as being available. There was only chess, a deck of cards and ONE children's book in a kitchen cabinet.- The listing mentioned there was a portable crib on site but it was not there. When I messaged the owner she said it needed to be requested and she'd have to see if she had any that were free- One of the bathrooms had mouse poop on the edge of the tub and IN the tub (the owner offered to set mouse traps but I declined as I had small children with me and didn't want them to touch them).- The blinds were broken on many windows and held together with tape- There were no curtains which personally we would have preferred.- The ice maker wasn't working and the ice trays in the freezer were cheap and brokenPros:- Relatively good location- 3 bedrooms as advertised- Playground nearby- Newly renovated kitchen

Nice oasis 10 mins from everything!

I reserved the house for 4 days just so my 17 year old daughter and her 3 best friends could spend quality time in Boston on her birthday. We really liked the house; it’s a nice space with all the necessities and very cozy. it was a great fit for our family and we truly enjoyed it. It’s actually minutes to everything in Boston, and we would stay there again if we come back into town.

Great Boston Experience

We were in town for a wedding in Peabody so we chose this location for its access to the wedding and to Boston. The home is in a great location, friendly neighborhood, a nearby park for kids to play and a 4 minute walk to the Square Deli for some 8.4 Portnoy One Bite Pizza rated pies. The home was very clean and accommodating.

Nice rental house

The door code was incorrect so we couldn’t get in the house right away. The property manager did respond right away with the correct code and we got in. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We drove to the Wellington station and took the orange line just about everywhere we wanted to go in Boston. So the location was good.
