Our house has central AC for the rare summer days that are made more comfortable with air conditioning, tons of parking so that you can entertain friends at the beach. No one has to fight for the limited parking spaces of the pubic beach - you have 8 spaces in total for you and your guests to enjoy.

Brand new kitchen appliances include gourmet microwave, fridge and stove. Programmable coffee maker and grinder offer an inspired start to every day. Enjoy the early morning sunrise with coffee and a beach walk. Sports fields and public tennis courts are only blocks away. You can walk to the Post Office or to great pizza.
