Beautiful Boston Brownstone!

Welcome to South End Vista LLC! Stunning top to bottom renovation of this beautiful brownstone located in the heart of Boston on the Back Bay South End line. We currently have over 250 5 star reviews between our properties on the various platforms.

This unit offers wide open living, dining and kitchen space with gorgeous refinished original pine floors, dramatic ceilings with refinished original moldings, exposed brick throughout, brand new top of the line stainless refrigerator, 5 burner gas stove, built in microwave and white custom kitchen cabinets with white quartz countertop and backsplash. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed and gorgeous marble bathroom is stocked with hotel quality bath towels as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer.

There are 2 bedrooms - one master with king size bed and one smaller bedroom with exposed brick and high quality daybed that pulls out to a king. Both have gorgeous new bedding.

We have installed high definition flat screens in each bedroom including a 60" smart TV in the living area and each room has high efficiency remote controlled mini splits for heat and air conditioning. There is also a new high end full size washer dryer in the unit and plenty of closet space in each bedroom.

The owners were incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive while still giving us complete privacy. The home itself was spotless, beautifully stocked, and had everything we needed. It was comfortable, thoughtfully set up, and in a fantastic location. We truly loved staying here—it made our Christmas feel special and memorable.

My husband and I decided to come to Boston for 10 days over the Thanksgiving break to visit our sons. I specifically looked for a location that was centrally located between both of our son’s apartments and one that had a comfortable kitchen that was well stocked for cooking (this apartment did not disappoint!!). Sue and David could not have been more gracious, accommodating and helpful. When we arrived, they were waiting to greet us and David helped us with our bags. Prior to our arrival, I inquired about specific kitchen utensils/appliances (just to do my menu planning for the week and Thanksgiving) via the VRBO app. Sue immediately called me and asked me what things I needed. She took my list and set off to find everything that I was hoping to find in the unit. To say that she went above and beyond helping me get “stocked” and ready to cook was an understatement! As far as the unit itself, it was beautiful, clean, very well stocked with extra supplies (like toilet paper, sheets, plenty of towels etc) and perfectly located within the South End of Boston. Their location cannot be beat! The unit is located right next to an Orange T-station. So centrally located to anywhere you may want to venture in Boston. We hope to come back many times while our sons are still living in the area. We have found our “home away from home” in Boston! Thank you Sue and David!

Amazing stay and the best vacation rental experience thus far! Owners really put in the work and attention for accommodating and hosting guests. It felt like we were staying with friends in a home that was very familiar. All of it came together in the most comfortable way for us which enabled our family to transition well to moving our daughter into her dorm and living in a new city. Thank you Sue and David and your cleaning crew for your thoughtfulness, responsiveness, and considerations —your hosting is exemplary! Further, the location was absolutely perfect…for dining (fine and casual), taking the T to various Boston spots, enjoying some live jazz at Wally’s, going to a Red Sox game…all the rave reviews proved VERY true!!

We were only there two nights but had a lovely stay. The owners are amazing and a wealth of information. It is the city so it can be a little noisy at times but none of that affected us too much. Officially our new home away from home

Boston Getaway

Four of us went to Boston for a fun little week getaway. We had an amazing time and Sue was the most helpful guest from before we booked with our questions through the last day of our stay! A perfect stay in Boston

I cannot say enough good things about this property and about Sue and David. I had a two week stay in Boston for work, and it proved the perfect temporary home. It was so clean and so well equipped with anything you could need (sound machines, extra sheets, baking supplies, etc.). It is mere steps away from the orange line, which proved the most convenient of all— not to mention the walking distance Whole Foods! The second I need to return to Boston, I am booking this property again. 10/10.

Magical Christmas Holiday

This property was the perfect backdrop for our Boston Christmas getaway. Sue’s beautiful brownstone was comfortable, in a perfect location, and so beautifully appointed. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was outfitted with everything we would possibly need, and the couch/TV area was perfect for gathering to watch Christmas movies. Sue was so helpful and added some little touches to make our stay very festive. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Just lovely!

Perfect retreat after exploring the city

We loved this apartment. It is beautiful, lots of closet space, big king beds. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus was stocked with some basic foods like coffee, milk, sparkling water, etc. It had plenty of room to hang out in the living area, and was a lovely Place to sit and watch the city wake up in the morning.The hosts were so helpful and responsive.
