"Rude employees everywhere in the hotel and casino "

"I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant Joe's Smokehouse had good service but the food was lacking, I had the Cajun jambalaya pasta there was no spice at all it tasted like plain tomato sauce on the bowtie pasta."

"After checking in and entering our room #421 the room felt warmer than the AC unit stating 64*. We were gone most of the day Friday but when we returned the room was very warm. I just assumed the AC unit would eventually cool the room down some. Around midnight the unit showed FO (Freon out) so the rest of the night we sweated it out.
