From the friendly welcome received on check-in to the cleanliness of the room allocated, everything was absolutely perfect for the overnight stay. I slept very well & enjoyed the morning coffee in the café downstairs. It was all spot-on and excellent value for money. I will recommend to friends and I would like to book to stay there again. "

"This property seems very good for short stays, its just around the railway station and close to an Aldi's. The only thing I didn't like is that they have a washer but not a dryer. Apart from that, we really liked our stay at the Grand Station!"

"Property was what we expected. Only niggles I’ve got are: Beds in the second bedroom were a little small, I’m 5’11’’ and was too tall for it. There was a constant sound from what could have been a boiler that did keep me up at night.
Host was responsive and polite though. Overall good stay. I’d recommend, but for slightly smaller people who don’t mind constant noise."

"Went to a regatta at Ironbridge. Travelling on my own I felt safe at the accommodation and it was a lovely stay. The food at the pub is amazing and all the staff so friendly and helpful. The room was very cute and had everything that I needed, including a small fridge that was a bonus as it was very hot and kept my water cool. Parking is next to the pub and had no issues. There was a fan in the room that kept the room cool overnight. Def recommend. "

Think of your staff and how you can make their experience and expectations better over customers who will stay 1-2 nights and can complain about the thing and it’s probably been the best sleep and breakfast they’ve had in a long time.
