Beautiful in the heart of Boscobel ". It is our newest offering at Hemjarbar (formerly Casa Feliz): a small and elegant apartment complex we operate in Boscobel, a peaceful community in the cool lower hills that lie just behind the Ian Fleming Airport is 4 minutes away and less than 20 minutes from Ocho Rios.

Beautiful Ocean view from the roof where you can barbecue & relax, host weddings, anniversaries and parties and make memories for a lifetime.

Gentle, law-abiding, and friendly, this little town is surprisingly close to many World-famous attractions.

The space
This is a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen. We think that it can be an excellent hub for guests as they explore Jamaica's North East coastline.

My place is close to public transport and the airport. It is good for solo adventurers and business travelers, families, lovers and friends.

The apartments can hold up to 4 people and in addition to being safe and attractive.... they are very very affordable!

And you can view the sea from the rooftop!
Other things to note

* Hemjarbar policies:

1) We provide amenities upon arrival such as tea and coffee.

2) The only cleaning we do is on request by the guests and it attracts as an additional fee.

3) Please note that this listing does not come with any form of a meal plan and also that the host is not required to supply groceries to the guest.

4) This is a quiet community so loud noise and party into late night are prohibited.

** Hemjarbar amenities considerations:

1) Electricity cost in Jamaica are exorbitant, we are encouraging our guests to use the electricity in an efficient way by turning off lights and air conditioning when departing the apartment, to help conserve energy which reduces climate change.

2) Boscobel has good water pressure most of the time. However, in the past, there have been instances when the water supply is interrupted by the city. To avoid inconvenience we have provided 400-gallon water tanks on the roof as your backup supply for the building. We ask the guests to use it very carefully as there have been times, in the past, when the water went for a day or two. So please exercise restraint during the period of disruption of the water supply. Also, when on back-up, the water pressure in the taps is low.
