Our high-quality Kudel upstairs apartment can accommodate up to 2 people. <br>You can easily reach the apartment via a large staircase or an elevator. The open-concept living area with an integrated kitchen ensures a relaxing vacation. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a large closet, and a TV. <br>On the small balcony, you can enjoy the evening sun with a glass of your favorite drink. For cooler days, the building offers a spacious communal sauna area (for a small fee) as well as a relaxing lounge. <br><br>The apartment is located in the “Residenz zum Südstrand” (formerly Pension Weber), which was completely renovated in 2017. With its quiet location, it’s the ideal spot for a relaxing and comfortable vacation on Borkum. From here, you can walk to the island’s beautiful Südstrand beach in just 8 minutes. The main beach, with its popular promenade and bandstand, is about a 15-minute walk away. Here you’ll also find numerous restaurants, bars, and cafés, as well as impressive buildings, some of which date back to the whaling era of the 18th and 19th centuries. <br>The Gezeitenland wellness and adventure park is also conveniently accessible in about 15 minutes on foot. <br>We also recommend exploring the island’s green side away from the beaches, such as the Greune Stee wetland and the Tüskendörsee. <br><br>From Kudel, immerse yourself in the breathtaking world of Borkum and the Wadden Sea, and experience the unique, inspiring, and nature-loving atmosphere of this island.
