"Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön im Grünen. Perfekt auch fürs Sommerjoggen bei heißeren Tagen. Bus ist wirklich um die Ecke. Fährt alle 10 Min. Wir konnten uns perfekt erholen nach einem Stadttag. Ist Wie Urlaub. Man merkt nicht, dass man in der Stadt ist. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Zimmer sind beide abschließbar.Leider sind an den Badfesntern keine Rollos/Sichtschutz. Man kann zwar keine Nachbarsfenster sehen, aber Abends würde ich nie mit Licht duschen, käme mir beobachtet vor, auch wenn ich...

"The single duvet for a king bed was terrible. The door wouldn’t open from the app, and despite calling support during my five-day stay, they couldn’t resolve the issue. I had to call my neighbours at midnight to open the door for me. It was a really disappointing experience, and the support staff didn’t even pick up the phone. "

"Indtjekning var unødigt besværligt og stressende. De burde gøre meget mere ud af at informere om, hvordan indtjekning samt adgang til hotel og parkeringskælder fungerer, så man ikke skal bøvle med det. Jeg havde ellers forsøgt at foreberede mig og tjekket ind via app, men da vi ankom virkede appen ikke (den kom aldrig til at virke) og jeg skulle tjekke ind via en skærm i lobbyen. Udtjekning virkede heller ikke online."

"I was in town for the Berlin Marathon. This is the third time that I have stayed at this location. The location is so convenient. From the airport it is a train to Berlin Hauptbahnhof then a transfer to any of S3, S5, S7, or S9 lines and 3 stops later you are at Zoologischer station. From there it is one block to the Smartments. There is grocery store right in Zoologischer station. The apartment has a really nice kitchen with full supplies. You are one block from Kurfürstenstraße or...

Una habitación con fuerte olor que había que mantener la ventana abierta. La limpieza la hacen cada 3 o 4 días, nunca está anunciado esto (al menos vía Expedia no existía tal información) y la recepción nunca nos avisó."

"This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!"
