Studio Mandavi - Garden & Nordic Bathroom

In Loupes, between Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion, Studio Mandavi is an independent studio of 23 m², located on the edge of the forest, in a quiet and natural environment.<br><br>Located on the first floor of our burnt wood house, the studio has an independent entrance and a private outdoor space. Breakfast is included in the living room.<br><br>For a relaxing break, you can book our wood-fired Nordic bath, installed in the garden.<br><br>Our house has been designed with sustainable materials, including wood cladding burned using the Japanese Shou Sugi Ban technique. We are concerned with sensitive environmental issues and have imagined our house with this in mind.<br><br>The studio is accessed through an independent entrance at the back of the house, via a stairway walkway.<br><br>There is a kitchenette with sink, fridge, kettle, toaster, movable hob and French press. A microwave can be made available on request.<br><br>The studio has a bed for 2 people (140 × 190 cm) and a bench that can be used as a bed for a child only (70 × 200 cm).<br><br>The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet using rainwater. Natural and ecological bath products are available. To reach Bordeaux, the Langlois stop of bus 470 is about 1 km away (excluding weekends and public holidays).<br><br>Our house has an individual sanitation system using coconut filters. Grey water is discharged into the natural environment: we are therefore particularly careful to use environmentally friendly products.<br><br>Studio Mandavi is ideal for discovering Loupes, Entre-deux-Mers, Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion while enjoying independent accommodation in a quiet area.<br><br>BREAKFAST INCLUDED.
