Gite DE Montval - Saint-genes-de-lombaud

Located between the Dordogne and Garonne, in the heart of the hilly Entre-Deux-Mers region, 20 minutes south of Bordeaux, we have set up the Montval gîte in the outbuildings of the Château de Los, a 17th century Bordeaux castle with a panoramic view of the vineyards and forest, ideal for a walk. A 10-minute walk away, head to the Arbor et Sens park for a great time tree climbing with family or friends. Back at the gîte, the swimming pool (shared with a second gîte) is at your disposal, the tranquility of the site encourages you to have an aperitif on your terrace. You will enjoy a garden and parking. The swimming pool (5x10 m, depth from 0.90 to 2.10 m) is open from 01/05 to 30/09. A room to shelter your bicycles is at your disposal. The house features a living room with a kitchen, dining area, and relaxation area, a bedroom with access to the terrace, equipped with a 160x200cm bed, a second bedroom with two 90x190cm beds, a third bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a private bathroom/toilet (accessible to people with reduced mobility), a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, and a separate toilet. Electric heating (8 kWh per day included), Wi-Fi. Bed linens are provided. Bathroom linen rental available, and end-of-stay cleaning is available at an additional cost. An 11kW CCS outlet for accessible car charging (consumption at an additional cost). The accommodation adjoins a second cottage for 4 people. Remote working is possible (internet connection).
